Hi Christina,
Thank you for reaching out!
How have you done your migration? Just changed the domain?
Have you checked to update the Eventbrite Auth URL in Events > Settings > APIs?
Best,
Juan.
juanfraKeymasterHi Jimmy,
Thanks for reaching out! That sounds great.
Actually, the Filter Bar let you filter the events by organizers, and you can also configure what filters to display. If you check the introduction video or the screenshots on the Filter Bar page you will see that’s the perfect solution for filtering by organizers, or any other field. The plugin setup and configuration is pretty straightforward.
You can see it in action by going to the demo site and clicking on the “show filters” button.
Please let me know if I can help you with any other question.
Best,
Juan.
juanfraKeymasterHi Patrick,
Thank you for reaching out! I hope you’re doing well.
At this time, The Events Calendar (free) nor Events Calendar Pro can do that. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it here: http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Another idea, in case you want to delete them instead of unpublish the events, is checking out the premium version of Bulk Delete. I believe they have an addon to delete content on a scheduled basis.
If there’s anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
Best,
Juan.
juanfraKeymasterHi Deborah,
Thank you for reaching out! I hope you are doing well.
You can find the configured events page by going to “Events > Settings > General > Events URL slug”. In the description of that field, you will see the URL of your events page.
Please let me know if that answers your question.
Best,
Juan.
juanfraKeymasterHallo Susanna,
Thank you for reaching out! I hope you’re having a good day.
Do you mean to create events and having them as private entries? Have you tried changing the event “visibility” to “private” when creating the event? Please check the following screenshot, you’ll see that in the right part of the screen you can manage the visibility: https://cloudup.com/coZNYVNM3wc
Please let me know if this answers your question.
Best,
Juan.

juanfraKeymasterHi,
Thank you for reaching us! I hope you are doing well.
What console are you actually using? Would you be so kind to share a screenshot of what you’re getting with me?
Thank you very much,
Juan.
juanfraKeymasterHi Rosie,
Thanks for contacting us! Thank you for your patience and I’m sorry to hear about this issue with the attendees/orders report.
Would you please provide us your system information and your CSV so we can replicate your site info in a testing environment?
1. Post your site’s complete, un-edited System Information according to the instructions found in this article → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
2. Upload your CSV file somewhere where it can be downloaded, then share a link to this place so that we can download that CSV file and test it out ourselves.
↑ These two steps will give us information that should help us figure out what is going on here.
Thank you for your patience,
Juan.
juanfraKeymasterHi,
Thank you for the follow-up.
Please have in mind that both Gutenberg and the Gutenberg extensions are currently alpha versions, they are work in progress. Having said this, I also wanted to mention that we cannot take users’ credentials and login to their sites, you can read more in our terms and conditions here.
From what I can see in your screenshot, it seems that the old screen of the events calendar is being displayed. Please have in mind that the Gutenberg extension requires having Gutenberg installed an active in order to work.
Best,
Juan.
juanfraKeymasterHi Ryan,
Thank you for the follow-up.
The image size that is used to print the image on the single event page is the ‘full‘ size, which is the original size of the uploaded image.
The image size used for the list of events is ‘medium‘. That size can be changed directly from the screen I’ve shared with you in the previous message.
If you want to change the sizes used in each case, you can do it by modifying the default templates in your theme. I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to attempt the results that you are looking for. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
The image for the single event page is printed in the file /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/single-event.php, line 58
The image for the event list is printed in the file/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list/single-event.php line 86
They function used to print them is tribe_event_featured_image()
Best,
Juan.
juanfraKeymasterHallo Benedikt,
Thank you for the follow-up. I hope you are doing well.
That’s actually great! If it works for your case, then it is perfect. That code shouldn’t be affected in the future. Regarding the taxonomy, given the first code you have shared I thought you wanted to add the event categories to the body classes and not the venue. The venue is not a taxonomy, so I’d go with the code you shared.
Please let me know if you have any other questions. Have a great day.
Thanks,
Juan.
juanfraKeymasterHi Heidi,
Thank you for the follow-up.
That sounds great, please feel free to open a new topic if anything comes up and we’ll be happy to help.
Have a nice rest of your day,
Juan.
juanfraKeymasterHallo Benedikt,
Thank you for reaching out!
Please check that you are using the get_the_category() function when you really want to check the taxonomy. That function only returns the posts categories.
For custom taxonomies, like the ones we use in our plugin, you should take a look at the get_the_terms() function, you can find the function reference page here: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_the_terms/
Best,
Juan.
juanfraKeymasterHey Lisa,
Thanks for reaching out and your kind words.
We have created an article explaining how to work around this issue, have you checked it out? You can read it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/calendar-page-shows-event-title/
I hope that helps to clarify things a bit–let me know if you should have any other questions here! Cheers, and thanks again for your kind words!
Juan.
juanfraKeymasterHi Christian,
Thanks for reaching out!
Facebook recently announced a range of changes to their APIs (the protocols we use to ‘speak’ to their servers and retrieve event information) which are having an effect on Event Aggregator users.
As a result, some Facebook imports that previously worked are not currently possible. Further details can be found in the following article > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy/ We will keep you updated as the situation develops.
We appreciate your continued support and patience as we adapt to these changes which, regrettably, are not directly under our control.
Best,
Juan -
