But I have lost my ticket sales from event bright.
    What settings am I missing?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Christina,

    Thank you for reaching out!

How have you done your migration? Just changed the domain?

Have you checked to update the Eventbrite Auth URL in Events > Settings > APIs?

    Best,

    Juan.

Actually, it must have been a caching issue because the iframe loaded on another browser. I think when this one was transferred, it cached even though I replaced the OAuth token.
Is there a cache release for the plugin? I still don’t see it on my chrome browser, but only on the safari on my machine…
    Thanks!

    Hi Christina,

    Thank you for the follow-up.

Have you tried doing a hard refresh on Chrome? You can learn more about hard refresh according to your OS here: https://www.getfilecloud.com/blog/2015/03/tech-tip-how-to-do-hard-refresh-in-browsers/

Please let me know how it goes.

    Best,

    Juan.
