MemberHello Nicole,
It looks like this calendar has undergone a lot of customization by the looks of it.
Did you do this customization on your own, or did you have a developer do it? I would first check with the developer (if it is not yourself) to make sure they pulled the data correctly to show for the current day.
Also, can you ensure you have set up your time zone settings in WordPress Settings? Sometimes there can be a conflict there, where WordPress is ahead of you, so events with times set up will be in another time zone.
Can you also confirm you are using the latest version of our plugins and add ons, and are on the latest version of WordPress?
Thanks!

MemberHello Rick, not sure if this would help, but you could try creating a redirect using custom fields, or a plugin like “page links to” – but not sure if these would work with events, and even if they do, it would have to be each even redirected one by one.
You can probably write a plugin or some custom code to do this – it wouldn’t be a bad idea actually.
Here is a link to our technical documentation: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation
Let me know if you make any progress on this, it would be neat to know if you figure something out 🙂

MemberHello Michelle, I think the best thing to do would be to show your developer our technical documentation page: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation
We also have a tutorial on how to add events to the RSS feed that may be useful: https://theeventscalendar.com/how-to-add-events-to-your-rss-feed/
Let me know if this helps!

MemberHello Susan! Yes, we always post on our site our update releases and list the changes that we’ve made. We also announce updates on Facebook. I will try to remember to come to this thread and let everyone know when it is fixed!

MemberHello Susan – are you not able to simply put the license key in to the site on her server? It should transfer over like anything else.

MemberHello Rob, it looks like you’re right:
That other post was started earlier this year and it seems like it is a known problem. The good news is that we did make an improvement in 2.0.8 and have plans to make even more improvements when 2.1 comes out, hopefully later this year, but we can’t be sure.
Very sorry about this!

MemberHello Rob,
I’m very sorry to hear you’re having this problem. I will look to see if it is a logged issue that other people are having. In the mean time, have you tried increasing the PHP memory of your site? Here is an article on it: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/?Also, does this happen to you when reverting to the Twenty Eleven theme? You may need to set up your site on a testing environment to see if this is the case. I just want to make sure there isn’t a conflict there.
I will keep looking into it – thanks for reaching out!

MemberHello Brian,
Can you do me a favour and try to re-create the event that is no longer showing the ticket? Try creating it as a single event, and then as a recurring event. That way we can isolate if it is something to do with the recurring events (though I doubt it because you say this happens on some events that are not recurring is that right?).When you have re-created the events, can you link to them here in this forum so I can see the difference between the event that stopped showing the tickets, and the one that (hopefully) will show the ticket?
Do you recall making any edits to the recurring event – even if it was one instance of the event?
Also, can you please confirm, so we can get you the best help as quickly as possible,
1. Are you running the latest version of WordPress?
2. Are you running the latest versions of our plugins (2.0.8)?
3. Have you tried deactivating all other plugins to rule out a conflict?
4. Have you tried reverting to the Twenty Eleven theme to see if it’s something with your theme?
5. Try setting your permalinks to ‘postname’ in Settings > Permalinks?
6. Try refreshing your permalinks by visiting Settings > Permalinks (it does it automatically)?
7. Try increasing the PHP memory for your website: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/?Thanks!

MemberHello Brian, have you set up your time zone in WordPress settings? It may be that the time zone on your site is different than the time zone that the Eventbrite event is set to.

MemberHi Mohammed, I’m very sorry this happened to you. It actually happened to me too when I was first getting started with it! We did do a usability test recently and know that we have areas to improve upon. Now it’s a matter of finding the man hours to do it all! Thank you so much for this post, however, it gives me another instance to show the dev team 🙂

MemberHello Steve,
Can you confirm you have done everything in our primer to set things up?
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/eventbrite-tickets-new-user-primer/If so, I will need you to let me know all the steps you took, in detail, that lead to getting that error message.
Also can you confirm you are running the latest version of our plugins and add-ons?
Thanks!

MemberHi Peter, this is interesting. I’m not sure why it would do this – but I will try to see if there is a solution. Can you send me a link to your event that does this, so that I can try to recreate the problem on my side to document properly?

MemberHello Kyle, this is a little outside my scope, hopefully I can get someone else on this, but in the mean time can you check out our documentation page to see if anything there is what you are looking for? https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation

MemberThanks, this is good to know. Can you try disabling all plugins to rule out a conflict?
Joyce Grace
MemberHi Kevin, something like this we wouldn’t be able to say for sure, but it’s an idea we can consider, thanks for bringing it up!
