Hello,
I’ve being trying to import my events from EventBrite and getting the following error message:

“We were unable to import your Eventbrite event. Please verify the event id and try again.”

Here’s a test event which I’ve just tried: 4046017748

I’ve tried deactivating all but the essential plug-ins without any joy. Let me know what further info. you require.

Update. The API key was missing under my user profile. Doh! Anyways, a suggestion for a future release may be to check for the existence of an API key before importing events. My API key somehow got wiped out of my profile, so I didn’t see the “Add your Eventbrite User API Key to your profile” message.

Hi Mohammed, I’m very sorry this happened to you. It actually happened to me too when I was first getting started with it! We did do a usability test recently and know that we have areas to improve upon. Now it’s a matter of finding the man hours to do it all! Thank you so much for this post, however, it gives me another instance to show the dev team 🙂
