ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
For the color customizations, are you referring to the customizer color settings built into PRO via our plugin? (https://cloudup.com/c5aDQnwfWx5). If so, you can use the “default” button on each of the color settings to restore the control back to it’s original color https://cloudup.com/cjWMbbsSJ7n.
If you’re using something built into your theme’s controls, you’ll need to reach out to the theme developer for a way to reset or to get the original hex colors that were originally available with the theme.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey,
I definitely understand the concern here. We do have a solution for the QR codes allowing duplicate check-ins available here:
It addresses the QR code check-in specifically but also deals with the general check-in functions.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
February 16, 2016 at 9:05 am in reply to: Calendar Month View Events don't show/ What happen to the date icons for footers #1073864Josh
ParticipantHey Dante,
Thanks for following up with us. For the first issue, take a look at this knowledgebase article and see if it helps to resolve the issue with the full calendar displaying the mobile version.
Ah! you’re referring to the styles for the date on the event list. This is added by our plugin, however it could be removed with the styles from your theme. You can check to see if there is anything going on with custom styles by searching for a “tribe-events.css” file within your theme or search for “tribe-events” selectors within your theme stylesheet.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Maureen,
Sorry for the confusion there. The other issue I mentioned was one that we’ve found internally regarding slugs that included “-“. It wasn’t directly related here, I was only speculating on whether or not they shared a similar root cause. Doing some further testing it doesn’t appear to be a shared root cause here.
Out of curiosity, does the issue persist if you disable WooCommerce Tickets and then re-save permalinks?
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Abby,
Awesome! This looks like a great solution here!
For the recurring description issue, I have this thread added to our internal ticket for tracking that particular bug. I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. Even with the thread being closed, you’ll still receive the updates about the issue as our team makes progress on addressing this one.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new thread.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Elizabeth,
Thanks for your willingness to let us look into your site, however we have a strict policy against logging into customer sites and I’ve deleted your login credentials for your security.
For the additional footer issue, try switching to a default theme first to see if the issue persists there. If so, try deactivating all themes and reactivating until the issue shows again. Based on what you’re describing, it sounds like the issue may be associated with a template call or function that includes an “is_user_logged_in()” check.
We do have additional styles included, however the majority of the styles should be driven by the theme. Under the event settings > display tab, we do have some options for controlling how much styling our plugin provides (https://cloudup.com/caJQ1TPYUNd). Try switching to Full Styles there and see if that helps to better match your theme.
If you find there are additional modifications you would like to make, you can make those within your child theme’s stylesheet directly.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Matt,
Thanks for following up here. I’m glad things are working on the archives now!
I’m a bit confused on the need for the single here. Check out this item for moving the form on the single event template and let me know if this helps in addressing the issue.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Sylvie,
No problem!
For the other element here, take a look at this article. It looks like this option will delete old products in the cart once a new item is added.
It’s most likely not the best solution from a UX perspective (users will just think the site is broken if, without warning, items from their cart get deleted). You could overcome this though by adding some text in the cart and throughout the purchase experience detailing that they can only purchase one ticket at a time.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Sylvie,
No problem, we do have a list of customizers that would be happy to help you in setting up what you’re looking for.
One additional note as well to clarify on my initial response. I mentioned that multiple tickets might not be a good approach due to stock issues. However, we should be releasing “Global Stock” for events within our next update. This feature, for example, would allow you to sell a total of 100 tickets for an event via multiple tickets. Previously, the stock was set per ticket, so if you had 100 seats available for an event and wanted to use multiple tickets, you would have to split the 100 between the two tickets and would hit difficulty if one type of ticket sold out but there were still seats available.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Jessica,
The next step that I would take in this scenario would be to reactivate the role manager plugin that you previously mentioned and review any settings associated with the users that are experiencing the visibility issue. If there is anything lingering in the database that you may have missed, this would help to make it easier to see within the plugins settings.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
Josh
ParticipantHey Kadi,
Awesome! I’m glad you were able to get this one resolved!
I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to open a new one.

ParticipantHey Ryan,
Thanks for following up and providing the import link. I did a quick test and was able to see 488 events for import when trying that URL https://cloudup.com/cA_nqFEdadX.
As an initial diagnostic test, have you tried following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict occurring here with another plugin or your existing theme?
Let me know if this reveals anything.
Thanks!

We have a maintenance release with bug fixes that should be coming this week. Barring any unforeseen issues in the final qa/release process, you should be seeing the update coming this week.
