    Hey Ryan,

    Thanks for following up and providing the import link. I did a quick test and was able to see 488 events for import when trying that URL https://cloudup.com/cA_nqFEdadX.

    As an initial diagnostic test, have you tried following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict occurring here with another plugin or your existing theme?

    yes. i try deactivate plugins and change theme. but this plugin come with theme too. when i activate import plugin first time then add this feed url. then events import works. event time not match with google. so i delete feed url and change timezone setting. then again try to import feed url. then got this problem.

    Hey Ryan,

    Ah! I think I know what is happening here then.

    When you delete events that were imported via the iCal importer, they don’t get completely deleted. They get migrated to a knew, hidden post type called “deleted events”. If you have access to phpMyAdmin for your site, it’s the simplest way to go through your posts table there and delete all of these events.

    After they’re deleted, you should be able to see the events available for import via that link again.

    You can then use this snippet to prevent the events from saving that way in the future

    ok. anyway we use different plugin and it work. we request refund because this plugin not help us. Thanks.
