ParticipantHi Chris,
Well I figured out partly why this is happening – it’s because you are using %category% in your permalink structure. Do you need that? Obviously this is still a bug and we will fix it but that would be at least a temporary solution if you need it fixed now… I’m going to create a ticket and have one of the devs take a look at this. I’ll follow up here when I hear something back.
Cheers,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi Chris, can you provide me WP admin access so I can take a look? Email to: jonah [at] tri [dot] be and please reference the thread.
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHmmmm, do you have any caching in place or anything like that? Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Would you mind providing me WP admin access so I can take a look? Email to jonah [at] tri [dot] be

ParticipantHi Chris, sorry to hear about this. What version of WordPress are you running and what versions of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro do you have? Also, what theme are you using?
Jonah
ParticipantHi Beth, that’s strange, you should not be seeing the log in page if you’ve got the anonymous box checked. What version of WordPress and Events Calendar/Pro plugins do you have installed?
You can customize any of the templates for the Community plugin by making copies of any of the template files in /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/views and placing in an ‘/events/community’ folder within your theme and making any changes you want.

ParticipantHi Ruth,
When creating an Eventbrite event, whether via WordPress with our plugin or on EB, you always need to create at least one ticket to associate with the event. This is a requirement by Eventbrite.
Does that answer your question?
Jonah
ParticipantHi Karen,
There are two Community Events pages and they are separate from the main events page. They are the /community-slug/list and /community-slug/add pages (replace community-slug with your own specific slug).
Does that answer your question?
Jonah
ParticipantThanks for the code Christina!

ParticipantHey Jacqui,
Would any of the organizer template tags help: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/the-events-calendar-template-tags-organizer-functions/
Jonah
ParticipantHi Martijn, we still have a bug where if you deactivate and reactivate Pro, your fields will be gone from the administrations areas. They’re not actually wiped from the database and are still all there but need to be added back manually I’m afraid. The only way to prevent this now is it not deactivate Pro when performing any updates.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

ParticipantGreat to hear Danny, let us know if there’s anything else we can help out with here.

ParticipantHi Vickie, we are working on fixing this but it is likely that we will not be able to fix it for another week at least. For now and until we fix the issue; you’ll need to manually update the plugin. Sorry for the inconvenience.

ParticipantHey Spoa, the fix for this will make it in as soon as we can. Thanks for being patient! In the interim you can follow the instructions provided by Joey to search for other themes or plugins that are using the date_default_timezone_set() and modify/remove them.

ParticipantGood to hear John!
Everyone else, I’m closing this thread since it is old and long now. If you’re still having Thesis related integration issues, please open a new thread with your problem.
Thanks,
