Gravity Forms Register for Event – mapping to Organizer Email field

I have a registration form on the events page for which routing of notifications need to go to several people. I have set up a custom field using The Events Calendar Pro for the email of the sales rep in the region and that is achieved via a hidden field in the form that pulls the info using variable: {custom_field:_ecp_custom_3}.

Now I need to pull the organizer email to route to the organizer. Is there a way to do this without adding another custom field and scrubbing the one that’s included (i.e. _OrganizerEmail ) in the plugin?
