ParticipantGotcha Todd, I’ll update the ticket to clarify this. If you’d like the extra organizer linked text, please submit your feature request to our Uservoice page: http://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas
Another option you could do before we would add that feature is use something like http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/ to add the custom fields yourself.
Cheers,
JonahJonah

ParticipantHi Cynthia,
You will still need the code in your functions.php file to show events in the main RSS feed.

ParticipantHey agape,
I’m not seeing what you’re reporting in Firefox. Calendar and Photo view work fine. Are you on the latest version of FF?

ParticipantHi Stacy,
Hmmm, ok. Can you paste the contents of your theme’s header.php to http://snippi.com/ and post them here? Or even better, could you email us a copy of your theme so I can take a look? You can email to pro [at] tri [dot] be and attn. to me and reference this thread please.
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi slwinter,
Are the multiple instances happening with auto import or manual or both?

ParticipantHi Michael,
Can you provide me with some eventbrite ID’s that give you this error so I can try it on my end?
Thanks,

ParticipantHi onelittlemoose,
It looks like there are still issues with this and can confirm what you are reporting. I’ve filed a new bug ticket and this should get fixed in the next release. Thanks for the report.

ParticipantHi Schalk Joubert,
Please take a look at our themer’s guide which covers modifying things in the plugin: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/ – also, check out our docs for specific function information: http://docs.tri.be/
I hope that helps!

July 25, 2013 at 8:59 am in reply to: "Upcoming Events" is the page title across my entire site #57105Jonah
ParticipantHi David,
You will need to modify the template files so that the proper title is set. You can see this FAQ for some help with doing that: https://theeventscalendar.com/faqs/the-calendar-page-title-shows-title-of-an-event/ – that’s for actual page titles displayed on the front end, but the same concept applies.
I hope that helps,

ParticipantHi guys,
Yes, using the default-template.php file in the root of your theme will not work. You need to place it in a ‘tribe-events’ folder. You cannot use this as a standard WordPress page template, so adding a template name like flipp has done will have unforseen consequences but this is not how we’ve designed our plugin to work and you would need to do your own modifications in order to get it to work this way.

JonahJonah
ParticipantHi Rich,
Do you have Day View disabled in the settings? It looks like you do. We just discovered a bug today with this and will be fixing it in the next release.

ParticipantHi Dario,
Is this for an event at the end of next month or this month? We are aware of a bug where if you create an event at the end of the next month, it will not appear in the calendar widget when you page through to the next month. This is slated to be fixed in the next release. Is this what your are experiencing?
