ParticipantHi Kyle,
For some reason the table containing those fields is being set to display: none – have you modified the display templates at all? I’m wondering if there’s either an unclosed tag or another script that’s hiding the table. Have you tried deactivating other plugins to root out a possible conflict?

ParticipantGlad to hear it Ken, I’m closing this thread out since it’s getting pretty long. If anyone still has issues with this, please create a new thread.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Simon, is it happening with all events or only particular events?
Jonah
ParticipantHi Youna,
Sorry to hear you’re having this error. Looking at that page it appears you have a script error that is related to some forgot password overlay function on the website that is not connected to our plugin but is interfering with our plugin running its scripts. It may even be causing other issues on the site… If you open up Chrome Developer Tools and take a look at the console you’ll see what I mean: http://cl.ly/0y1W0N0z1N3D0W0L1R13
You’ll need to resolve that script error and any others that popup and that will resolve your issue. Let me know if you have any questions about this.

ParticipantYeah I’m sometimes surprised how often that can fix things. Glad that worked out, let us know if there’s anything else you need help with.

ParticipantHi John,
Please try flushing your permalinks by visiting Settings > Permalinks. See if that works…

ParticipantHi Simon, what version of WordPress and The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro are you running?
Jonah
ParticipantHi Simon, we do indeed have a ticket out to fix this and I’ll see if I can bump up the priority. No quick fix now though. Sorry.
Jonah
ParticipantIf it’s an event that you want to associate with Eventbrite, then you need to fil out the form for a ticket. If it’s not an event that’s needs to be associated with EB, just don’t select the option to register it with EB.
Am I misunderstanding something here?

ParticipantHey Spoa, we’re going to be doing at least one more dot release 2.0.7 in the next month or two and then it’s on to 2.1 after that if there’s not another dot release.
Jonah
ParticipantThanks for pointing this out Jesse, i’ll update the documentation and create a ticket to update the plugin PHP comment.

ParticipantHi Simon, can you provide a link for an example to take a look at. How many custom fields do you have?
Jonah
ParticipantHi Jaish, sounds like a script error of some sort. Would you mind emailing me WP admin access to jonah [at] tri [dot] be and I’ll take a look?
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Beth, I just logged in and flushed your permalinks by vising Settings > Permalinks and now it seems to be working. I can get to the community submission page when logged out. Can you please verify this is the same for you?
