Issue with Calendar Pro Installation

We are having some issue with creating Events and other features with the Calendar as below. Please suggest the solution. We are PHP version as 5.2.17 and WordPress version as 3.3.2. Also we are using lates version of Calender Pro.
1. Add Event Page: In Update/Insert section I do not see any option to inser text. Whatever we enter is just gets blank. Also no menu as per screen below. Update/Inser menu is missing and whatever I am typing it is showing blank.
2. Section Appearance -> Widgets: In this section we can’t drag and drop the widgets to left or rights
3. Screen Options on Add New Event page is not working
