KeymasterHi,
I came across another website which had a very similar problem, and the theme used was also the Church & Event one. So there might be something wrong with it — did you try to contact the theme authors as well?
The other thing I noticed is that your WordPress is on quite an old version of PHP (5.3.24 was released 5 years ago). Could you see with your web host if you could upgrade your PHP version, to 5.6 or 7?
I hope this helps,
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Andreas,
I’m glad you don’t see that block with code information anymore.
I’m closing this thread then, but feel free to start a new one if you have further questions or concerns!

KeymasterHi,
Thank you for that screenshot. Well, it seems the title was copied/pasted while carrying over some formatting. Could you edit this venue, delete its title, and manually enter the full name to be sure there’s no formatting attached to it?
If that doesn’t help, then you might have to edit this entry directly in your MySQL database. The other solution would be to delete that venue in your WordPress back-office and re-create the same one, making sure on the way that there is no formatting being carried over.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I would be happy to help you.
It’s a little bit strange.
Could you try to copy/paste “Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station” and re-save that venue?
If that doesn’t change anything, it might be a problem with your theme, which apparently adds a span around venue names which are too long, in order to display “…” instead of the full name (obvioulsy that feature is a little bit broken). Did you modify this theme? If so, did you make a child theme?
In oder to understand your environment better, could you share your system information with me?
Thanks in advance,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I would be happy to help you.
I visited your website and noticed your issue. Does your problem only happen with this specific recurring event?
Also, did you customize the Church & Event theme?
Thanks in advance,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Andreas,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
Do you have the Health Check plugin installed and activated on your website?
Also, in your wp-config.php file, can you make sure the debug mode is off?
define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );
Please let me know if you still see that message while the debug mode is off.

KeymasterHi,
I’m sorry I misunderstood your message from May 7th. Obviously it’s not an option to opt for a random theme…
Your custom coded theme, was it made from a starter theme? A WordPress framework such as Genesis? Is it a modified Premium theme? Or a child theme from another theme?
In order to help you further, I would need some extra information. Could you please share your system information with me? (you can paste it below and set your reply as “Private”).

KeymasterHi Pete,
I am sorry you are having this issue with the extra details you needed to collect from your customers. We have seen other reports with a similar issue and we are looking into it.
Could you please tell me who is your the hosting provider? (as we are experiencing this issue only with only a few).
If there is any other detail or unusual fact that you may have experienced, please let us know as this will also be very helpful for us.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy

KeymasterHi Matthew,
Thank for those clarification. Unfortunately, it wouldn’t be possible to display a calendar underneath the map without some heavy customizations. You’ll find on this page some useful resources about how to customize our plugins, including a list of freelancers who could do the job.
I hope this helps,
Cheers,

KeymasterThanks, Adam. We will of course do our best to update this topic once the fix is available.
Have a great day,

KeymasterHi Don!
Thanks for reaching out to us! I would be happy to help you 🙂
In order to do so, could you give me more context? Does your problem happen when you submit events from the frontend or from the WordPress back-office?
And when you say they are nowhere to be found, you mean none of your published events appear on your calendar? I can’t see your website because it’s protected by a password, but if you visit this page, can you confirm you don’t see any published events?
Thanks in advance,
Jeremy -
