ParticipantI set up an event with some extra details we needed to collect from customers (passport info). But when I look at the list of attendees there is nothing showing Under View Details and a csv dump has empty fields showing for the passport info… likewise on an email export…

Could you provide me a link of the event you created? And a scrrenshot of your WordPress back-office where you see the list of attendees, so I could understand the situation better?

Thanks for sharing the URL, but I can’t see the page as it’s protected by a login and a password.
I can see you replied yes to both those questions:

<li class=”troubleshoot_theme”>Switched to a default theme? YesIn both cases, you still had the same issue when looking at your list of attendees?
There are quite a lot of plugins installed on your website, and there might be a conflict somewhere. I would recommend to do some testing for conflicts, unless you can confirm that you still encounter that bug with the default theme installed and all other plugins deactivated.

Any thoughts on this. I have just booked and entered the extra passport details but they aren’t being recorded in the attendees list. This is in need of sorting.

I am sorry you are having this issue with the extra details you needed to collect from your customers. We have seen other reports with a similar issue and we are looking into it.
Could you please tell me who is your the hosting provider? (as we are experiencing this issue only with only a few).
If there is any other detail or unusual fact that you may have experienced, please let us know as this will also be very helpful for us.
