Hi Support Team,
Back in 2016 I had this support thread – https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/export-entire-year-to-ics-file/
This has been working fine and then today a user says that when they try to export the years events, they get error 500 back from the web server, I am able to replicate this.
They also said that the export buttons appear to intermittently be visible, again, after navigating between different months on the calendar page I was able to replicate this.

Hi Support Team,
I’ve been carrying out some further testing, and after reviewing the logs, it transpired that the server was running out of memory. I’ve increased the amount of memory, and the “current year” export is now working again.
I still am experiencing a fault with the export buttons not showing correctly; they appear when you go to the calendar page, but when you navigate to a different month they disappear. This behaviour is the same with all plugins disabled and running the 2017 theme.

Well, I’m glad you managed to solve export to ics issue by yourself 🙂
Regarding the Export Events button which disappear when you navigate to a different month, this is a known bug. I will set this ticket as “Pending Fix”, so that we could warn you as soon as the problem is fixed (at the moment, I can’t give you a release date).
