KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I could successfully import your Google calendar on my local installation.
The ics file is ok, so the problem might come from a conflict within your website. I would need more information about it — could you share your System Information?
Also, are you able to import successfully from other sources (such as Eventbrite or iCalendar)?

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
In order to do so, could you first share your System Information?
Also, I noticed you replied “yes” to both questions asking if you deactivated other plugins and switched to the default theme. Did that make a difference? Please refer to our documentation about Testing for conflicts if you’re unsure about the process.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Rob,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
First of all, could you share your System Information please? (you may set your reply as “Private”).
I visited your website on a mobile view, but I could see your events (there was just a margin problem with the title). Which phone/web browser are you using?
Thanks in advance,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Nick,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
Have you had WP_DEBUG set to true and checked your browser’s error console for any information which might help lead us in the right direction? If not, please make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict. I also recommend right-clicking your mouse and opening the ‘Inspect’ tool to see if any errors display in the console. Note what you find and please include it in your reply.
Please let me know how it goes.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi ,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
When did you notice this weird behavior? After a recent update of your plugin?
I can see you followed the process to test for conflicts. Did you still have the same problem with other plugins deactivated and the default theme?
I also realized you have this plugin:Â The Events Calendar: Frontend Submission. It’s not related to our company, and this plugin may contain some bugs. If possible, I would recommend you to avoid using it.

KeymasterHi William,
Thank you for your feedback, I’m glad you found the culprit!
I noticed you didn’t have the latest version of our extension Schedule Day View: could you update it to version 1.0.1 to see if that makes a difference?
If not, I will send the information to our developers.

KeymasterHi Mike,
The “Location” search concerns any part of the address for a venue, as you can see on our WP Shindig demo.
For more information on this functionality, please refer to this article in our Knowledgebase:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/events-calendar-pro-location-search/
I’m glad to know you’ll get the Filter Bar addon, as t works very well with TEC PRO 🙂
In case that plugin doesn’t suit your needs, we offer a 30 day refund: it’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.I hope this helps.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Mike,
You might be interested in our Filter Bar plugin, which works well with Events Calendar PRO’s Additional Fields. On the Filter Bar, there is also a distance filter to go along with PRO’s location search (providing your location search works again…).
Regarding your main problem with the search field, did you try to deactivate all other plugins to see if that makes a difference? Did you also try to switch to the default theme? You may find lots of resources about testing for conflicts in our knowledgebase.
Also, could you share your System Information? (you may paste it as a reply to this message and set your reply as “Private”).

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for that confirmation.
The bug fix should be released very soon 🙂
We’ll let you know.

KeymasterOh, I realized I forgot to reply to your question. Where did you actually see this piece of code?
When you have PHP code to insert, you may add it at the end of your functions.php file, inside your child theme.
I hope this helps.

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I noticed your theme offers a full integration with our plugin. In order to do so, they might have customized our template files and the css applied to our calendar.
Recently, we made some changes in the layout of the calendar, for some accessibility reasons. It looks like your theme is not up-to-date with our plugin. So I would recommend you to contact the support of your theme, so that they would be aware of this issue and could fix it.
Meanwhile, you may downgrade to a previous version of our plugin:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
I hope this helps.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for your feedbacks 🙂
I noticed your problem, that I actually get both on mobile and desktops. The problem is that I can’t reproduce it locally (after I set the Default Mobile View to Week View). So I would need to investigate further.
Could you just tell me if you have the same behavior with the default theme (Twenty Seventeen)?
Cheers,
