When did you notice this weird behavior? After a recent update of your plugin?
I can see you followed the process to test for conflicts. Did you still have the same problem with other plugins deactivated and the default theme?
I also realized you have this plugin: The Events Calendar: Frontend Submission. It’s not related to our company, and this plugin may contain some bugs. If possible, I would recommend you to avoid using it.
