    Hello,

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue…Enfold should work fairly well with our plugins, as that theme includes with The Events Calendar. I would first recommend making sure that you’re running the latest version of the theme. Just to clarify, this is not working when you have the parent theme (the default Enfold theme) enabled and your child theme disabled, is that correct? I tested this out on my end, but the page was loading for me using the Enfold theme.

    If it’s not working with the current version (and this is not a conflict with your child theme), then you may want to reach out to their support team directly, as Enfold has a custom integration with our plugins.

    Hi Chris,

    I was able to confirm with the team that there is not a way to restore the ticket. However, we have recently added a filter that allows the WC product to be moved to the trash instead of deleted directly – you can add this to the functions.php file to enable this feature in case this happens again:

    add_filter( 'tribe_tickets_plus_trash_ticket', '__return_true' );

    Hi John,

    No worries, this will stay open for 3 weeks of inactivity by default. But if for some reason any of your threads ever do get closed before they are resolved, you can always open up a new one linking back to the original one, and we can continue from there.

    Hello,

    I’m sorry about the delay here…the related events are based on the tags and event categories and will list the next 3 upcoming events with the same tags/categories as the event whose page you are on. Since every instance of a recurring event will have the same tags/categories, if the next 3 upcoming events are instances of that series, then those are the events that will be displayed as related events by default. You can make changes via a customization – this post might be helpful as a starting point.

    We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to try to point you in the right direction!

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on!

    I took a look at the page you linked to, and everything appears to be working correctly on my end. Can you please provide some more details on what is going wrong with the calendar? Did this happen after you updated our plugins or something else on your site?

    If you are still seeing this issue, the first troubleshooting step would be to run through the instructions outlined here to check for any conflicts that might be occurring with your theme or another plugin. Please make sure to have WP_DEBUG enabled while testing and copy/paste any errors that you see into your reply.

    Hi Chris,

    Unfortunately I am not aware of any way to restore a ticket that has been deleted – do you have a backup of the site before this ticket was deleted that you can restore? If so, I would recommend doing that. I will double check with the team on Monday, and if there is any way to do it, I’ll let you know!

    Can you please send me a link the calendar that you’re trying to import from and a screenshot of the settings you’re using on the import screen so that I can test this out on my end?     Hello,

    I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you out!

    First, I see that you are running a much older version of The Events Calendar – can you try updating to the current version (4.6.21)? You’ll also want to upgrade to the current version of Events Calendar Pro (4.4.30.1) and make sure you’re running the current version of WordPress (4.9.8). If you don’t see a prompt to update in the Plugins section of your Dashboard, you can do so manually by following these instructions.

    Thanks for checking out our plugins!

    The avatars do not include names or a link to the profile by default, but these are things that you could add in via a template override. This snippet should help get you started with adding the names.

    The custom fields that you add to collect additional info from attendees will be added to the attendees list and export, but we do have a free extension that you can use to add this info to the WooCommerce order details.

    There is no built-in functionality to approve ticket purchases, but, you can choose the WooCommerce order status at which attendee records are generated and ticket emails are sent (see screenshot). WooCommerce orders are not completed automatically, so if you set both of these actions to wait for the “Completed” status, then you would essentially have the opportunity to review the order before setting it to complete and generating the attendee records and tickets. This applies to all tickets; it is not possible to have these settings be different for different ticket types.

    We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    There is not currently any additional email functionality (besides the ticket email) built into Event Tickets or Event Tickets Plus. I would recommend exporting the attendee list and import it into another email platform to send out emails after the event.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    You are correct that the tickets sold count does not change, but the stock will also not automatically increase when an order is refunded. You will need to adjust the stock manually. However, when you delete an attendee from the attendees page, then the stock should increase (since Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus 4.6). This article has some more info on how refunding ticket orders works.
