GuestHi
We use your plugin from Avada design and my question if we can user 3rd program calendar URL feed or import to your calendar.
I didn’t find the simple option to do thisDo I need to buy PRO version?
Can I do import with the basic version? If I import and like to hide some records can I do this with regular Event calendar or I need PRO?
Sample: We have booked and like to show location and time and place (we prefer to hide organizer: Bob Smith < name )
We got a link like this from 3rd application http://3se.at/cal/aksdhaiuwyiew.ics
Any suggestions and option I can use with your calendar on import or feed .ics (prefer feed this will be real-time change)?
Thank you

KeymasterHi Otto,
Thanks for reaching out!
With the free version that comes with Avada (The Events Calendar), you can import events via CSV files. If you would like to import from other sources (Google, iCalendar, Meetup, Eventbrite, ics files), then you would need Event Aggregator.
Once you import, you can ignore events and hide them from your calendar. If you would like to hide specific elements of an imported event on your site, then you could import the event as a draft, delete this info from the event, and then publish the event.
If you use the iCalendar link, then you can schedule imports to run whenever you would like (up to 100 per day with the Personal license), but since the CSV/ICS files need to be uploaded to your site, you would only be able to do manual imports with those sources.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Aggregator for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

GuestHello,
Can you please setup test run (account for me to test)?
When the test run setup can it run 1 day or 2 weeks or … (what option for a test run)?If all work well I have to make One-time payment or annual payment? 100/$90 personal or 200/$150 community pkg
After 1 year is an extra cost for support? Will the application update after one year?
Thank you for offer and business

KeymasterHi Otto,
We do not currently have test accounts, but if you would like to test the plugins out in your local environment, you can purchase them with the ability to get a full refund within 30 days of purchase if they do not work the way that you need. If you run into issues, you can also reach out to us here for help.
The licenses are valid for one year, during which time you can update the plugin (or use the Event Aggregator service) and get support. Once the license expires, any plugins that you have purchased will not be affected, but you will no longer be able to update them, which will eventually lead to compatibility issues if you continue to update WordPress core and your theme and other plugins. Event Aggregator is a service, not an additional plugin, so once the license expires, you would need to renew it to continue importing.
The Event Aggregator license is $89/year.
Let me know if you have any more questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Otto,
Are you wanting to upgrade to the Community Bundle? If so, this should be no problem – please send us an email at support @ theeventscalendar.com from the email that you used to create your account (the account that you purchased the personal license from) with your order number and exactly what you would like to upgrade to, and we’ll be happy to help you out from there!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
