So sorry for the delay here! We’ve had some other users reporting that they are receiving this error as well and are looking into what could be causing it. Can you make sure that you have the debug log enabled (see screenshot) and try running a few imports again to see if you get anything there? You’ll want to make sure that you have the current date selected there too so that you are seeing the log generated for today.

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue! There is a known pagination issue with the Divi theme, but the good news is that we do have a free extension that you can install which should fix the problem. Can you give this a try and let me know if it works for you?

Hello,

I see that you have the Month View Thumbnails extension enabled, which should add the featured image directly to the month view (there is currently a known issue with this extension, which we are addressing in this thread). As far as removing the title, you can do this via a template override of the single-event.php template found at wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/month; you’ll want to remove this line from your copy of the template:

" class="url"><?php echo $title ?>

Hi Linda,

Thanks for reaching out! Setting that option to one month means that the next instance of the event will be created one month prior to that instance. So if you have a weekly event, you should get a new instance of that event (for one month out) generated each week.

Unfortunately there is not a global setting to exclude certain dates from multiple event series at one time. Sorry for the bad news there! You would need to add this exclusion in each series individually.

Just to clarify here, are you wanting to add this option somewhere on the front end or to the list of events on the admin side? I believe this will require a code customization or third-party solution either way…you might look for a plugin that allows you to select additional fields (like the post date) to include as a column in the admin area – I did a quick search and found this one, but you would need to test it out to make sure it will get you exactly what you need.

Hi Pam,

Sorry for the confusion here…yes, some of the widgets actually uses a different function to get the linked venue name – if the widget that you’re trying to change uses the tribe_get_venue_link function, try replacing that (via a template override – the single-event.php file that you’ll want to copy and edit can be found at wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/widgets/modules) with this one:

tribe_get_venue()

This is will get that snippet working.

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you out.

Events should not be automatically ignored during the initial import – you can read more about how the ”Hide and ignore” feature is intended to work here.

I tested out the link you sent on my own site, but I was not able to recreate this issue. I was seeing 26 upcoming events in the preview, and the same number of events were imported. Can you check what you have set under Events > Settings > Import > Import Limit Type & Import Quantity Limit? If these are too low, then this can prevent all of the events in the source from being imported.

As a first step, can you try running through the instructions outlined here to check for any conflicts that might be occurring with your theme or other plugins? The free Health Check plugin can help speed up this process, and if you need a staging environment, the free Duplicator or WP Staging plugins can help you get one set up.
