    I am having the following issues with being able to edit the following when trying to add events to my calendar:

    I am unable to edit these options on my calendar:
    * Event Series
    *Time Series ends
    *Organizer
    *Currency Symbol
    *Venue

    I have attached pictures. All the drop down options are unavailable. There is an X at the end of them.

    Can address these issues? Will the new updates fix all the bugs I have listed?

    Hello,

    I apologize for the delay here! Our forums have been much busier than usual this week. I did some testing in my own environment, but I was not able to recreate this issue locally. As a first step, can you try running through the instructions outlined here to check for any conflicts that might be occurring with your theme or other plugins? The freeĀ Health Check plugin can help speed up this process, and if you need a staging environment, the free Duplicator or WP Staging plugins can help you get one set up.

    Can you also share your full system info with me? Please let me know what you find!

    Thanks for addressing my request. I have given access to my system, hopefully that helps to see where I can fix this issue so that I can relay it o my web guy.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately it looks like your system info didn’t come through – can you copy/paste it into a private reply from Events > Help > System Information?

    Were you still seeing this issue in a default environment (all other plugins besides The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro disabled and the Twentyseventeen theme enabled?

    You can also check for Javascript errors on the page by right-clicking, clicking “Inspect”, going to the console, and attempting to recreate the issue. If you see any errors there, please copy/paste those into your reply as well or send a screenshot.
