KeymasterHi Harry,
Thanks for checking out our plugins! We do indeed have some bundles, which lets you save when you buy multiple extensions at once. I would also recommend subscribing to our newsletter to make sure you hear about any promotions we may be running.
If you have any other questions, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Sue,
Thanks for checking out Events Calendar Pro! The Pro version actually extends the functionality of the free version (instead of replacing it), so you will need to keep that active in order to use Pro.
There is no transferring at all of your events – event creation lives within the free version, and when you activate Pro, additional features (like recurring events) will be added to what you get in the free version.
If you’d like to test it out, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Giuseppe,
Thanks for checking out our plugins! You are correct that the Events Calendar Pro license costs $89 per year, which entitles you to plugin updates as well as premium support in our help desk. Once the license expires, you will need to renew it to continue to have access to updates and support, but the plugin will not stop working on your site. However, it is important to note that if you continue to update WordPress and your theme and other plugins, you may eventually start to run into compatibility issues if you do not also update Events Calendar Pro.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Joe,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
- Using The Events Calendar, our free plugin that is required to run Events Calendar Pro, you can create and display events on your site.
- You can indeed set limits on the quantity available for each ticket. Once the ticket is sold out, no more of that ticket can be purchased. This article has some additional details on what options you have when creating tickets.
- There is not currently an out-of-the-box way to set different price levels based on membership, but you might be able to accomplish this by using WooCommerce as your ecommerce platform with a WooCommerce extension that allows you to set different prices based on membership. Tickets are essentially WooCommerce simple products, so you can typically use WooCommerce extensions in conjunction with our plugins.
- When tickets are purchased, users will get an order confirmation email as well as an email with their tickets. There is not a built-in way to send further emails to attendees. However, you can export a list of attendees, which you could then import into a third-party mailing platform to send out additional emails.
I would also like to point out the way that ticketing works with recurring events (a feature of Events Calendar Pro). You can add tickets to a recurring event series, but please note that the tickets will be applied to the series as a whole, not to each individual date in the series. So, the tickets will show up on all dates in the series, but there would be no way to tell which date in the series the user clicked on to buy the tickets. We are working on expanding this functionality for the future.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus and/or Events Calendar Pro for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterGreat, I’m glad to hear it’s working now! If you run into any other issues with this, please let me know.

KeymasterHi Katie,
Can you try changing the “Events template” setting under Events > Settings > Display? This controls which page template is used for events pages – switching to “Default Events Page” should get rid of that sidebar for you, since events pages do not have a sidebar by default.
Let me know if this works for you!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Mark,
I’m glad that the plugin is working well for you otherwise!
We typically don’t write custom CSS per our support forum guidelines, but I’ll try to see if I can get you started here…
.tribe-tickets-form-row .woocommerce .quantity .minus, .tribe-tickets-form-row .woocommerce .quantity .plus {
position: initial;
float: left;
height: 30px;
}.tribe-tickets-form-row .quantity {
width: 100px;
}Try adding that to your Custom CSS area under Appearance > Customize (if you have one) or to the style.css file of your child theme. This gets the buttons displaying correctly on my end (see screenshot).
Regarding the buttons not working, this is also likely to be coming from a conflict with your theme or another plugin. To figure out where this is coming from, can you please try running through these steps, making sure to have WP_DEBUG enabled while testing? If you get any error messages, please copy/paste them here.
If you don’t want to do this in your live site and don’t yet have a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Before getting started with this, I would also recommend updating to the latest versions of The Events Calendar (4.6.10.1) and Events Calendar Pro (4.4.22).
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Elizabeth,
I’m so sorry for the delayed response here! I looked through the image/single event container sizes on this page, and the images and containers are just slightly different sizes, which I believe is causing the different ordering in different browsers. You can see this if you go to to the page and right click, then click “Inspect”, and hover over the images and containers (see screenshot). So, I would still recommend forcing the images and containers to be the exact same size, as Brian mentioned in the post you referenced. Can you give this a try and see if it helps?
One other thing to note is that Avada does have its own integration for our plugins, so theme styling will certainly play a role in how the events pages are displayed.
You might also try a plugin like this one, but if you go this route, the sizes of other images on your site may be affected as well, so keep an eye out for this.
Let me know if this helps!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Karim,
I’m sorry that you’re having issues with the license key…you can use Events Calendar Pro on wordpress.com accounts.
First, you can install Pro by following these instructions. You’ll want to make sure that the license key has been entered correctly by following these instructions.
If these steps don’t help, can you please provide some more details on what is going wrong? I’ll be happy to help you get it figured out!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterNo worries! If there’s anything else you need, please let me know.

KeymasterGreat, I hope they are able to get it working the way you’d like! As a semi-simple solution, you might have them try adding some CSS to style the fields so that they look like they are all part of one form.
If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
