KeymasterHi Mike,
It seems that Enfold intentionally removes the stylesheet and page template options. I found this Enfold support forum thread that can help you to add those options back in:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/default-template-settings-missing-from-event-calendar-pro/
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ron,
Yes, all of your information should still remain. However I would still recommend creating a backup just in case.
Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Tyler,
Unfortunately I cannot provide any specific examples to you of how other clients have implemented this customization.
I do know that WooCommerce has a 30 day full refund policy, so if the integration doesn’t work as expected, they can provide you with a full refund.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi again Frans!
Would you mind taking a screenshot of what tab you are referring to, so that I can provide you with some specific advice?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

KeymasterHi Frans,
Thanks so much for reaching out again here!
Users should be able to add images to their event submission.
Can you take a screenshot of what your Community Events Submission Form looks like, since I don’t have log-in access to that page?
Also, if you switch to a default theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’, do you see any change to your submission form?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Frans,
Thanks so much for reaching out again here!
You can select multiple categories, but with the dropdown by default, you can only select one at a time.
If you like to try to tackle this customization on your own, I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which I linked to in my previous reply to you as well.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Frans,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.
The templates you may want to take a look at are community/edit-event.php and community/edit-venue.php
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

KeymasterHi Tyler,
If you are using the waitlist idea to see if there is interest in another event, you could then potentially email waitlisted users to let them know that a new session has been added. Again, this is a workaround, rather than a feature, so it isn’t perfect.
Alternatively, you could try integrating a third-party plugin, like WooCommerce Waitlist, though I cannot guarantee compatibility.
I apologize but I cannot provide an ETA on if and when this feature will be available with our plugin.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

KeymasterHi Henk,
Sorry to hear that code did not work out for you. Let me know if you need any further assistance on this issue!

KeymasterHi Belinda,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Are you adding this image as a Ticket Header under Settings for your ticket on the Edit Event page?
Does this functionality work with other tickets and just not this particular ticket? Have you tried swapping out that image for another image?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Shannon,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
It sounds like you have found a workable solution for issue with taxonomies related to venues, which is great.
Unfortunately adding categories to venues is not something that is available out of the box, but you could add them via a customization or possibly with a third-party plugin (in case you wanted to try a different one). I did a quick search and found this one, but I have not tested it out.
Our themer’s guide is the place to start if you’d like to do the customization, or we also have a list of recommended developers if you’d like to get help with the code.
At this time, there is no way for the map to know the location of the user. You can try changing the default zoom under Events Settings < General and see if that helps.
You mention that there is no way to filter the venues, how were you looking to filter the venues. You may also be interested in adding on our Filter Bar plugin, which can provide you with some more advanced filtering capabilities.
It would be great if the title was hyperlinked to the venue’s page.
You may also be able to make this customization possible on your own with our Themer’s Guide, which I linked to above.
You can also add these ideas to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

KeymasterHi Sam,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus you can create events and then create tickets for these events.
It is worth noting that , recurring events still don’t support tickets currently. You can technically add tickets to a series, but it will be the same ticket on every occurrence in the series (i.e. you won’t be able to distinguish which occurrence the user intended to purchase the ticket for). Sorry for the bad news here!
One way around this would be to create a series of recurring events and then to break each event from the series, and add a ticket for that event. You would essentially be using the recurring event feature to populate your calendar, and then create separate tickets for all events. I know that this is not an ideal solution, but it is a workable one for now.
In addition, we’d love for you to vote on this idea in our feature request, as we do take customer feedback into consideration when implementing new features:

KeymasterHi Nobuko,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Yes, the [tribe_events_list] shortcode does support adding in multiple categories. You can separate them with commas, exactly as you did in your example that you provided.
In order to show events that are both categories, you can try to create one event that is a parent category of the other, which would cause events that are listed as both cateogories to be listed.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Ilkka,
Thanks so much for reaching out again!
When you delete a ticket, sometimes there is some leftover information in the database, called orphaned postmeta.
Via the database, you’ll also want to delete all options with an option name starting with “tribe”, if you wanted to delete all traces of your events and tickets, including organizers and venues.
There is nothing recorded that marks the ticket as “deleted” however.
I hope this helps to answer your question, let me know if anything else comes up on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ian,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
With Event Aggregator, you can control the Import Date Range Limit so that you can import events as far in the future as you would like. You can also choose to set no limit, so that events will be created years in the future.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime
