KeymasterHi Jamie,
Thanks for reaching out again! No worries, we welcome any and all questions!
We don’t have any specific experience with Boca Ticket Printers, that we know of. It is possible that customers have configured it and made it work, but I can’t point you to any specific examples or references of how to use them with our plugins. In general, our tickets are emailed and printed on standard printers. I’m sorry that I can’t provide more information on this topic.
Let me know if anything else comes up!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi James,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Out of the box, The Events Calendar does not include social media sharing for events, but we do have some third-party plugins and other suggestions that we recommend.
Check out this article for some more information: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/adding-social-media-sharing-to-events/
I hope this helps to point you in the right direction. Let me know if you need any further assistance!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Tobias,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
The Events Calendar will respect whatever time format you have set up in WordPress General Settings. Here is how to navigate to that setting: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-the-time-format/
This setting is there, regardless of whether you have the free version or upgrade to PRO.
Please let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kristiina,
I’m glad we were able to help you with some of your issues so far! Let’s get the rest taken care of too!
There are going to be approx 400 events that will be uploaded seasonally via a csv file so doing the recurring event method manually for each is not the best.. do you have another solution.
One option you may want to consider is purchasing Event Aggregator (https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/). With Event Aggregator, you can schedule imports automatically, along with a ton of other options.
I am trying to format the date for the following link so it will show for the following pages
September 26- November 27 @ 5:20 pm-6:20 pm not as it is now September 26 @ 5:20 pm – November 27 @ 6:20 pmWhat you can do for this is to edit the way that events are displayed. The following article can provide more details: https://theeventscalendar.com/function/tribe_events_event_schedule_details/.
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi George,
Glad I could help! You would need a license to Events Calendar PRO, Event Aggregator, and Filter Bar. The Importer Bundle will be the best value for what you are looking for, and you can always add on additional plugins if you want to!

Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi George,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
We do support multisite installations. With Event Aggregator you can import a Google Calendar automatically and choose what to import.
Users on the site can filter through event listings using Filter Bar.
What’s great about our plugins is that they are highly customizable. Our Themer’s Guide is a great place to start.
I hope this helps to answer your questions! Please feel free to reach out if anything else comes up!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kate,
Thanks for getting that information to us! I see that you have WP-Mail-SMTP activated on your site. Have you tried configuring this plugin to retrieve your emails? As I mentioned previously, it could be a great option to bypass the WordPress servers.
Another thing you could do is to check with your host and see if emails are going through there. Sometimes they can get stuck there or can get stuck in your spam folders.
Just to confirm, are you getting any emails through your site? You may want to do something like create a test user and see if emails are sent for that.
As far as viewing and printing tickets goes, you may be interested in adding the following extension to your site: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/view-print-download-pdf-tickets/
Let me know how everything goes and if you have any other questions on this topic along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Adam,
Thank you for your patience and for running those conflict tests ahead of time. I’m sorry that you are still experiencing this issue.
I tried to replicate the issue on my test site but was unable achieve the same results that you are getting. Your issue may be caused by the settings that exist around recurring events. They are cleaned up after a given period of time and setting an event to recur indefinitely may cause some inconsistencies. Please check out this article and see if altering your settings makes any difference:
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see.
Also, are you experiencing the same issue if you add a new event? Or is it only with pre-existing events? Please share any additional settings that you think may be useful for me to reproduce the error as well.
Let me know how everything goes and if you have any other questions on this topic in the meantime.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Gowtham,
I’m glad that we were able to answer the first part of your question!
There are a few ways to set up payments so that your organizers can get paid. The default option is to have all payments collected in WooCommerce and the site admin manually pays the organizers. The other way is to enable split payments, so that organizers are automatically paid via PayPal with their ticket sales. You can read more about that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/tracking-sales-getting-paid/
I hope this helps to answer your question, please let me know if you need any further clarification!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Michael,
Thank you for your detailed explanations. Unfortunately, I am not able to replicate the issue. It is our policy not to log in to customers’ sites, so I have attempted to recreate the situation you are describing on my own test site, but cannot see what you are describing. Would you mind taking some screenshots of what subscribers can see?
One way to disable the Events Menu would be to add a third-party plugin and add a bit of code to your functions.php file. You can read through the steps here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/disable-the-events-menu-on-the-dashboard/
Also, another plugin that may assist you with your needs is User Role Editor, which can help you to customize the subscriber role as desired: https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/
Please let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions on this topic along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Adam,
Welcome back and thanks for reaching out!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Here is our Knowledgebase article on testing for conflicts, for your reference: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions on this topic along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can check out the following forum post, which has some code snippets that may help you to achieve the result that you are looking for. You can set the default count to 1 here so that you can limit the RSVPs per person.

KeymasterHi Gowtham,
I’m so glad to hear that you’re enjoying the plugin so far, thanks for reaching out!
Out of the box, our products do not create membership plans for members. You can set up different roles and permissions so that different levels of users have different access to your site: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/admin-roles-and-permissions/
Also, this article can help to walk you through how to create a Members-Only Calendar: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-members-calendar/
You are welcome to add a third-party plugin that can create membership integration as well, although we do not endorse or discourage any particular plugin.
Feel free to vote on this suggestion here: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/13391079-woocommerce-memberships-integration. As you can see, others are interested in this idea and we consider implementing suggestions based on their popularity.
I hope this information helps to point you in the right direction. Please let me know if you have any additional questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime
