Excellent! Thank you for taking the time to go over the Testing for conflicts guide. Based on your response, it appears you’re experiencing the behavior of a known bug, so I’ve gone ahead and added this forum thread to the ticket which helps expedite the process of getting a fix included in an upcoming release.

Luckily, it’s marked as Level Priority 1 which is the most urgent. I don’t have a precise date when it will be available, but please stay tuned to our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs for more information. Thanks again and let me know if you’ve got any additional questions or comments. Cheers!

Thank you for your patience. We have actually chosen your request to be built as a new Extension, so please hang tight while we get it coded. It shouldn’t be more than a day or two and once it’s finished I’ll be sure and share a link so you can download it.

Thanks again and I’ll keep you updated. Cheers!

    Hello!

First off, thank you for your purchase and welcome to our premium plugin support forums! I see your company is based in Oregon. I recently moved from Portland and miss it every day! Now down to business 🙂

Before I’m permitted to test the issues myself, I’ll need you to review the Testing for conflicts guide and note what you find. I’d also like to point out that we are limited when it comes to theme conflicts and customizations, so any issues I’m unable to reproduce will need to be addressed by you. For what is covered in the forums, please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.

Thanks again and I look forward to your response. Cheers!

    Hey Wendy,

Sorry to see you’ve run into this issue. It’s 11:10 PM as I write this response. I set up a two test events, the first is set for January 25, 2017 from 8:00 AM – 11:30 PM and the second on January 25, 2017 from 11:15 PM – 11:30 PM. Neither event is displaying the “This event has passed.” message.

Before opening new threads, we ask you review our Testing for conflicts guide to rule out the potential of a theme and/or plugin conflict, so please go ahead and review the guide and let me know what the results are. This is a required step to continue receiving support.

Thank you and I look forward to your response. Cheers!

    Hello and welcome back 🙂

I hope you’re having a great week thus far! If you’re not already aware, we are in the process of retiring the Facebook Events and iCal Importer plugins and replacing them with our newest plugin, Event Aggregator.

You have been granted a license for Event Aggregator and it is set to expire on the same date your iCal Importer license expires. For information, please review our Moving to Event Aggregator Knowledgebase article and if you run into any other issues along the way, please create a separate thread.

Once you’ve done that, please retest to see if you can reproduce your original issue, but you’ll need to review the Testing for conflicts guide to eliminate the potential of a theme and/or plugin conflict. This is a required step to continue receiving support. Please let me know what the results are and include your System Information as a private reply.

Thank you and keep me posted. Cheers!

    Hello 🙂

Sorry to see you are having troubles. Can you try creating another recurring event with the same Time & Date settings, but first revert back to the default WordPress theme and deactivate all plugins other than TEC and PRO. Please review our Testing for conflicts guide for complete details. This is a required step to continue receiving support and will help eliminate the potential of a theme and/or plugin conflict.

Once I have the results from that test, I’ll be able to test the issue myself and compare what you’ve shared with me to our known issues. Thank you and I look forward to your response. Cheers!

    Hi and welcome 🙂

Sorry to see you’re having troubles with Event Aggregator. It looks like the last event on the calendar you shared with me was yesterday, therefore there aren’t any events for the plugin to import.

Do you have a different calendar with upcoming events you can test with? If so, please try import events and let me know what the results are. Thanks and have a great rest of your day. Cheers!

    Hi Kay,

Welcome back and sorry to see you’re experiencing troubles. I’m a little confused as to which “ends on” text you’re referring to. Can you provide more details and a screenshot if possible? Can you also check to see if the issue persists after reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide? This is a required step to continue troubleshooting and will help rule out the potential of a theme and/or plugin conflict.

Thank you and take care 🙂

    Hey Belinda,

    Welcome back 🙂

You are unfortunately experiencing the behavior of a known bug, so I’ve added this forum thread to the ticket which helps expedite the process of getting a fix included in an upcoming release. I don’t have a precise date when it will be available, but please stay tuned to our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs for more information.

The good news is, it’s marked as Priority Level 1 which means it’s being expedited and should be included in the next maintenance release. Thanks again and let me know if you’ve got any additional questions or comments. Cheers!

    Hello again, Francois!

Correct me if I’m wrong, but you’re essentially asking if it’s possible that each attendee get their ticket emailed to their individual email address if there is an email field for each attendee? See screenshot below for example:

If so, I believe this would currently require custom development. There are numerous reputable websites where you can hire a professional to help with the request. We also have a list of non-affiliated customizers available.

If I’ve misunderstood your request, please provide more detail and I’d be happy to further assist. Thanks and have a pleasant evening!
