ParticipantI have been getting random 500 server errors for several days. Random, because it seems like almost any interaction with the WP database from the admin side will cause the error (upload an image, open the Appearance > Customize window, open the Plugins list, etc.).
I have re-installed new, clean versions of WordPress and both The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar Pro, and getting a brand-new theme. Today I updated the wp-config file so it displays more detailed error messages. The message now says:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method Tribe__Settings_Manager::should_setup_pages() in /home1/littlik1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/common/src/Tribe/App_Shop.php on line 44
The error_log file displays the following error the past several days:
[24-Jan-2017 15:41:11 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method Tribe__Settings_Manager::add() in /home1/littlik1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/common/src/Tribe/Main.php on line 237I am going to change servers as soon as this is cleared up but I don’t want to bring this problem with me to the new server.
Any ideas? Thank you.

ModeratorHi and welcome 🙂
Does this behavior occur when you have the default WordPress theme and only our plugins active? Please review our Testing for conflicts guide for more information. It is a required step and will help identify the exact source of conflict.
Note what you find out and I’ll compare what you share with me to our list of known issues. Thanks and have a good evening!

ParticipantGood morning. So this is what I did:
-Deactivated all plugins;
-Switched theme to 2016;
-Activated The Events Calendar and The Events Calendar Pro;
-Logged out of WP and cleared all browser cache, history, etc.
-Restarted browser and tried to log into WP and got the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method Tribe__Settings_Manager::add() in /home1/littlik1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/common/src/Tribe/Main.php on line 237When I reload the page, the WP Dashboard appears, but when I browsed to the WP Tools > Export page, I got another error:
URL: http://littletonrocks.com/wp-admin/export.php?download=true&content=all&cat=0&post_author=0&post_start_date=0&post_end_date=0&post_status=0&page_author=0&page_start_date=0&page_end_date=0&page_status=0&attachment_start_date=0&attachment_end_date=0&submit=Download+Export+FileWhen I deactivate The Events Calendar plugins, I don’t get any 500 errors.
Thank you for your time.January 25, 2017 at 7:56 am #1223585littletongov
ParticipantAttached is a screen shot of the 2nd error I got when browsing to the Export page.

ModeratorExcellent! Thank you for taking the time to go over the Testing for conflicts guide. Based on your response, it appears you’re experiencing the behavior of a known bug, so I’ve gone ahead and added this forum thread to the ticket which helps expedite the process of getting a fix included in an upcoming release.
Luckily, it’s marked as Level Priority 1 which is the most urgent. I don’t have a precise date when it will be available, but please stay tuned to our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs for more information. Thanks again and let me know if you’ve got any additional questions or comments. Cheers!

If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
