Duplicate events issue

Greetings,

iCal Impoter version 4.2.5

I added a daily import of an iCal feed and selected an option to overwrite existing events.

I go to the feed source to update the event’s title

I go back to the Importer and refresh the feed. A new event is created with the updated event subject. It should have ovewritten the existing, but it didn’t.

Please advise.

I hope you’re having a great week thus far! If you’re not already aware, we are in the process of retiring the Facebook Events and iCal Importer plugins and replacing them with our newest plugin, Event Aggregator.

You have been granted a license for Event Aggregator and it is set to expire on the same date your iCal Importer license expires. For information, please review our Moving to Event Aggregator Knowledgebase article and if you run into any other issues along the way, please create a separate thread.

Once you’ve done that, please retest to see if you can reproduce your original issue, but you’ll need to review the Testing for conflicts guide to eliminate the potential of a theme and/or plugin conflict. This is a required step to continue receiving support. Please let me know what the results are and include your System Information as a private reply.
