ModeratorHello,
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing yet another issue. I’d be happy to test and see if I experience the same behavior on my test site. If I do, I’ll log a bug report so the devs can get it addressed in an upcoming maintenance release. But before doing so, I’ll need you to review the Testing for conflicts guide to eliminate the potential for a theme and/or plugin conflict.
We take bugs very serious and have recently made improvements in our workflow to reduce the time it takes for bugs to get patched, so please keep me updated so we can act accordingly. Thanks and take care π

ModeratorWelcome back π
Thank you for providing more information. We honestly weren’t expecting users to utilize the shortcodes on the backend and we’re interested in looking into this, but unfortunately can’t guarantee we’ll ultimately support this sort of usage.
What I’ll do is log a bug report for the developers to look further into the matter and once I have an update, I’d be happy to share it with you. I don’t have any sort of timeline when that will be, but stay tuned for more information.
Thank you for letting us know about the conflict and let me know if you’ve got any additional questions or concerns. Cheers!

ModeratorI apologize if I may have been slightly confused. I believe you have two sites, both requiring PRO. If this is the case, please visit the PRO product page and if it makes sense to upgrade to a Business license, please visit Upgrading a license for more information.
If you simply need to purchase another personal license for PRO, go ahead and go through that process, then enter your newly purchased PRO license key into the other site you’re needing it on. Please let me know if I’ve cleared up the confusion and keep me updated. Cheers π

ModeratorHello,
For all the shortcodes and their supported attributes, please review the following KB article and let me know if it helps answer your question on how to display past events.

ModeratorHello and welcome π
Do both of them have to share the same key? Could this be the issue?
Yes, this is most likely the issue. According to our Setting Up Your Google Maps API Key tutorial, it looks like you’ll need to use the Browser API key:

Try that out and if the issue persists, you’ll need to review the Testing for conflicts guide next to see if it’s a potential theme and/or plugin conflict.
Keep me updated and have a great day!

Does the behavior still occur after reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide? Please include your System Information as a private reply and we’ll continue investigating.

ModeratorHey Brian,
I took a look at the thread you shared with me, but there unfortunately never was a resolution. I’d be happy to help further assist, but before doing so I’ll need you to review our Testing for conflicts guide and let me know what you learn.
Can you also send a link to your site and/or screenshots displaying the issue? Once I can get a better idea on the conflict, I’ll have a better idea on how to proceed. Thanks and have a good evening!

ModeratorThanks for the effort and the useful response. Try adding it to the very bottom of the file and let me know if you still get the 500 error. Cheers π
Hunter
ModeratorMy apologies for not catching this sooner, but the shortcode you’re using doesn’t include the option for a tooltip.
Try using a shortcode from this Knowledgebase tutorial and let me know if you still run into your initial issue.
I’ll provide all relative documentation for shortcodes below:
- PRO Widget Shortcodes
- Embedding Calendar Views with the [tribe_events] Shortcode
- Inserting Calendar Content into Posts or Pages
- Embedding Single Events with the [tribe_event_inline] Shortcode
Keep me updated and take care π

ModeratorHello π
When responding, you should have the option to mark the reply as private. It’s recommended doing so when sharing sensitive information such as screenshots of active license keys. I went ahead and marked that response as private.
Are you attempting to use a Personal license on multiple sites? Are you running the latest versions of our plugins? Please share with your tech our System Information tutorial as it goes over the process of locating and sharing the information.
I checked our logged bug reports to make sure I’m not missing anything obvious and it doesn’t appear to be a widespread problem at this time. I’m also unable to reproduce the behavior on my test site.
Let me know and we’ll continue investigating. Cheers!

ModeratorHello,
It is a little difficult to be sure where the “Wilson Doubles Tournament” image is coming from, but check the Events > Settings > Display > Advanced Template Settings > Add HTML before event content field.
I’m not able to reproduce this behavior on my test site, so my next recommendation is to review our Themer’s Guide to see if you can track down where that image is coming from and adjust it to your preference. I unfortunately am not able to assist with these types of support requests, so you’ll have manage it from here. Please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.
Thanks and have a wonderful rest of your week π
