Tootips not working at all

Hi,

We have an issue regarding tooltips not working. We have VC installed on a Jupiter theme and it looks they don’t work on rollover, what could cause this not to work?

Before we proceed, can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? Please make sure WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file. Any errors will display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict.

I also recommend right-clicking your mouse and opening the ‘Inspect’ tool to see if any errors display in the console. Note what you find and please include it in your reply.

No, nothing in the console that indicates any errors.

I think this is something to do with the shortcode we use to pull it into the page

I have disabled all plugins using Twenty Sixteen theme and no errors. The shortcode just doesn’t work!

My apologies for not catching this sooner, but the shortcode you’re using doesn’t include the option for a tooltip.

Try using a shortcode from this Knowledgebase tutorial and let me know if you still run into your initial issue.
