ModeratorHey Don,
Thank you for choosing PRO and welcome to the forums!
I would be happy to help assist with the issue. I do want to note that theme and plugin conflicts are outside the scope we’re able to provide, but let’s see if we can’t get this figured out…
Do you get any errors displayed on a single event page when setting wp_debug to true on your wp-config.php file? Additionally, do you have a folder inside your theme folder called ‘tribe-events’? If you haven’t already, I’d also recommend reaching out to the theme author to see if they have any insight on the matter.
Thank you again for choosing us for your events calendar needs and I look forward to hearing back. Have a good rest of your Monday.

ModeratorHey Steve,
Thank you for the response and I’m glad to hear it’s been resolved for the time being. We are currently working on improving how our FB import plugin handles large amounts of imports, so I’ll link the logged report to this thread for the developers to reference while working towards a solution.
Thank you again and have a good rest of your Monday π

ModeratorThanks for the response,
I can’t give you an exact answer as to whether or not those database entries are causing the conflict, but if you haven’t already, back up your database and delete those entries, then check to see if the problem still occurs.
I checked out the previous thread and wanted to ensure that you don’t currently have a page created with the same slug as what you have entered in the Events URL slug field found under Events > Settings > General.
Another recommendation I have would be to read over our New User Primer as it gives a step-by-step breakdown of how to properly install and set up Events Calendar PRO. Lastly, review this KB article on Fixing HTTP 404 errors to see if that is a potential issue.
If you’re still having troubles after all that, reply back and we’ll continue troubleshooting. Thanks again for the response and have a good rest of your Monday.

ModeratorHey Linda,
Thanks for getting back to me.
Another idea would be to set the events as recurring and have them repeat yearly. This KB article gives instructions on how to create recurring events.
Glad to hear you’re on the right track and enjoy the remainder of your Monday π

ModeratorHello and thank you for following up with your System Information.
The first step we’ll need to take in troubleshooting the issue is to have you review our Testing for conflicts guide to rule out a theme and/or plugin conflict.
Report back with your findings and we’ll go from there. Thanks again and have a good rest of the weekend!

ModeratorHey Yann,
Thanks for the compliments and also… cool name π
The issue described sounds strange to say the least. I checked our logged bug reports but didn’t find anything resembling the issue you’re experiencing.
With that said, can you confirm if the issue occurs when following our Testing for conflicts guide? We’ll need to eliminate theme and/or plugin conflicts before proceeding.
Thank you for reaching out and I look forward to hearing your response. Enjoy the weekend and thanks for choosing PRO!

ModeratorHey Malcom,
Welcome back. Let’s see if we can’t get this resolved π
First things first, please run through our Testing for conflicts guide to see if you’re dealing with a theme and/or plugin conflict.
Secondly, I’d recommend installing a database cleanup plugin. You may have some residual code/settings stored in your database that could be complicating things. WP Sweep is a good option for this. As always, it’s recommended you backup your database before running any queries/actions the plugin offers as it’s related to your database.
We don’t have any logged bugs of users reporting similar issues, so this tells me that it has something to do with your site environment, whether it be a conflict with a theme and/or plugin or your database.
Let me know your findings and we’ll go from there. Thank you and have a great upcoming weekend!

ModeratorHi Toby,
Thank you for posting and sorry to hear about the troubles. I’d be more than happy to help out π
Can you visit your License Keys page and if you haven’t already, update the Site URL field with the URL to your live site. More information on Finding and inputting license keys can be found here. Once you’ve done that, you shouldn’t run into any more issues. If for some reason you do, respond back with that information and we’ll take it from there.
Have a good weekend and thanks for choosing PRO!

ModeratorHey Tac,
Welcome back π
Essentially everything you need to do can be done via template overrides as explained in our Themer’s Guide. You can also refer to this KB resource on Required fields for events submission form. If you need any more direction, such as where to locate specific files, don’t hesitate to ask.
Thank you for reaching out and have a good upcoming weekend!

ModeratorHey Mark,
Thank you for the update!
I hate to ask, but can you try testing to see if the issue still occurs while following our Testing for conflicts guide? Reply back and I’ll do some more investigating to see if it’s a known bug and we’ll continue troubleshooting from there. Thanks again and have a good Friday!

ModeratorThank you for sending over that info!
Google Maps is currently changing how things are limited. Currently it is by IP, so you share your limit with every other site on your server. If a single site on your server gets a bunch of views, or if all of them do, then others can use up your quota. This isnβt a bug in the plugin or and issue with Google, itβs just the nature of shared servers.
To fix this you should look into switching servers or at least IPs. The only way to make sure other sites arenβt using your limit is to get a server with a dedicated IP. You will need to either talk to your current host about doing this or look into getting a new host.
I know this isn’t an ideal situation but unfortunately is the best answer I have for you at this time. Feel free to reply back with any follow-up questions or comments and have a good upcoming weekend π

ModeratorHey Linda,
It is probably best you create a new event with the correct dates, though theoretically if you change the Yoast SEO title and description, the changes should show in search results the next time your site is crawled.
I hope this helps and have a good weekend!

ModeratorWelcome back,
As much as I’d like to, we’re unable to log in to customer sites :-/
Without having that ability, there isn’t much more I can do at this time. We test our plugins with the default Twenty Sixteen theme and the latest version of WordPress per the WP standards. From there, it is ultimately up to the developer to manage any conflicts or issues unless of course it’s a confirmed bug.
If you haven’t already, I’d recommend reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide and if the issue still occurs, the next step would be to reach out to your hosting provider to see if they have any insight on the conflict.
Again, I do wish I was able to provide more assistance. Best of luck and have a good weekend.
