    Dear Events Calender Pro team,

I’ve developed a new site locally now and used 2 of your plugins and everything went fine with Events Calendar Pro and iCal Importer. Now I moved the site to production on my server with several sites productive, and The Events Calendar Pro and iCal Importer suddenly stopped working and blaming me that I need now a multisite license. BUT I want to use both plugins only for ONE of the sites.

I won’t buy another server or a $300 plugin for just showing 10 events for a small association website! If there is no way, to activate it only for one site, then both plugins are useless for me. Can you then please refund my efforts for both plugins therefore?

    Regards
    Toby

    Hi Toby,

Thank you for posting and sorry to hear about the troubles. I’d be more than happy to help out 🙂

Can you visit your License Keys page and if you haven’t already, update the Site URL field with the URL to your live site. More information on Finding and inputting license keys can be found here. Once you’ve done that, you shouldn’t run into any more issues. If for some reason you do, respond back with that information and we’ll take it from there.

Have a good weekend and thanks for choosing PRO!

    Dear Hunter,
Thank you and sorry. The message in the license settings page was misleading. Understood it in a way, that I have to upgrade to use it. But the problem was something else: The Menu page which was calling the events site, still had the old temporary URL in front, which was very close to the real one, so I didn’t recognize it. So the menu pointed to an unlicensed site.
    Regards
    Tobias

Glad to hear it’s been resolved and feel free to create a new thread should anything else come up. Take care and thanks again for choosing PRO!
