ParticipantHi,
I use the plugin with the mini calendar widget, it was all working great in local invarement but when I added my site to the server the mini calendar stopped working, I had some changes to the plugin in my theme so took everything out but no change,
Even tried with 20/14 and no plugins but it does not work,
Would love some help,
Thanks!

ModeratorHi and welcome to the forums,
Sorry to hear about the troubles. I visited your site and attempted to navigate to the next month on the mini calendar but was unable to do so. We don’t have any logged bug reports of users experiencing similar issues, so you are more than likely experiencing a conflict from your server environment, theme and/or plugins.
I wish I was able to provide more support but without the ability to replicate the issue and no existing logged bug reports, there isn’t much I can do :-/
You may want to review the Testing for conflicts once again to ensure it’s not a theme/plugin conflict. If you don’t find anything, the next step would be to contact your hosting provider to see if they have any insight on a resolution.
Thank you for understanding our position on the matter and best of luck. Have a great upcoming weekend and thanks for choosing PRO!

ParticipantHi Hunter,
Please advice me what can choose this kind of thing on the server level, since the server support will probably not solve me the problem I will need some more support from your side,
Thanks

ModeratorWelcome back,
You can start troubleshooting by enabling wp_debug in your wp-config.php file and see if you get any errors. You can also try using “Inspect” as demonstrated in this YouTube Video.
As previously mentioned, there aren’t any logged bugs so I don’t have any more information that can be of assistance. Best of luck and thanks for understanding.

ModeratorWelcome back,
As much as I’d like to, we’re unable to log in to customer sites :-/
Without having that ability, there isn’t much more I can do at this time. We test our plugins with the default Twenty Sixteen theme and the latest version of WordPress per the WP standards. From there, it is ultimately up to the developer to manage any conflicts or issues unless of course it’s a confirmed bug.
If you haven’t already, I’d recommend reviewing our Testing for conflicts guide and if the issue still occurs, the next step would be to reach out to your hosting provider to see if they have any insight on the conflict.
Again, I do wish I was able to provide more assistance. Best of luck and have a good weekend.
