    My apologies for misguiding you here – I admittedly confused the correlation between RSVPs and Tickets to attendee meta. You’ll have to do a bit of tinkering to get the attendee meta imported. I found another thread where a user was in a same scenario as you and came up with a viable solution. Please take a look and let me know if it helps. Again, my sincerest apologies for the miscommunication on my end. Cheers!

    Hey Valerie,

    My apologies for the confusion in my first response. I now clearly understand what you’re attempting to do. I can confirm that at this time, the plugin unfortunately doesn’t allow multiple fieldsets to be added to tickets. Forgive me if you’ve already tried this or it’s irrelevant at this point, but are you able to get the desired behavior by building a fieldset on one event and checking the ‘Save this fieldset for use on other tickets?‘ box, then applying that fieldset to the relative events? (see screenshot below)

    If that doesn’t suffice, let me know and I’ll create a report for our developers to review and hopefully get the functionality added into an upcoming maintenance or feature release.

    Thank you for sending those over. My apologies if my first request was confusing, but if you could navigate to Events > Import > Facebook Import Settings (see screenshots below).

    Having near/more 300 Facebook page IDs may have something to do with the screen not loading – that is quite a large amount of Facebook events to “crawl”. Are you able to remove all but 1 or 2 Facebook page IDs to see if we can confirm whether or not the amount of IDs you’re attempting to “crawl” is the culprit?

    Welcome back, Scott.

    We are more than happy to hear the issue has been resolved! While it appears we’re all experts for every plugin we offer, it’s nearly impossible to have the correct answer right off the bat. Often times, we need a day or two to converse with fellow support team members on the matter. Seeing we’re located all around the world, it can take a day or two to bring it all together.

    I find that threads take a little back-and-forth between our customers and support team members to identify the problem. Once that’s done, things usually move along much quicker; so please keep that in mind going forward.

    With that said, please don’t feel discouraged to open a new thread if something pops up. We take our 24 hour response time rule very seriously around here and if/when a thread exceeds the aforementioned time period, we due everything in our power to address the needs of our customers in the most timeliest of fashions.

    I hope this clears up any ill feelings you may have towards the level of support on this particular thread and we welcome any additional feedback you have on the matter.     I hate to ask, but are you able to set up a test environment with only the default WP theme and our plugins active to see if you’re able to reproduce the issue? How many Facebook page IDs do you have entered under Events > Import > Facebook Import Settings? Can you send over screenshots of your import settings?

    My apologies for providing and insufficient answer. Yes, you can import ticket fieldsets and attendee information and fields associated with it through the CSV Importer. The article I linked to gives a basic rundown of the correct procedures to ensure the data imports correctly.

    Hey Joseph,

    The issue here is that the category colors plugin isn’t developed/supported by Modern Tribe, so this is a request you’ll need to take up with them. If possible, provide a screenshot of exactly what you’re referring to and I’ll do my best to assist. Our Themer’s Guide does a great job in helping identifying and modifying templates to your liking. I really wish I could be of more assistance here but we are limited on the amount of support we can provide for customizations, which is ultimately what you’re seeking.

    I attempted to import the first .ics file you shared with me and was able to successfully retrieve the list of events and import the 3 I selected successfully (see screenshots below).

    Welcome back,

    My apologies for not recognizing this sooner, but the “Archive” text is actually being displayed from your theme rather than our plugin(s). You can open the ‘Inspect’ tool by right-clicking your mouse and using CSS to “hide” the text. This YouTube Video does a good job of explaining that process.

    These types of customizations typically extend beyond what we’re able to support, but I’ll be happy to give as much assistance as possible. Your best bet would be to contact the plugin authors for The Events Calendar: Category Colors to see if they have any insight on the matter seeing your question pertains more to their plugin rather than ours.
