I have been getting this error message: “The server responded with a malformed response. Please see the JS console for more information.” and none of my events are being imported. I’ve opened the JS Console for the error message. See the screen shots included.

I have multiple feeds but not all of the feeds are getting this error message, I think, but I am not sure. How can I resolve this problem ASAP?

    Hey David,

Can you send over the urls for the calendars you’re attempting to import? Also, can you review our Testing for conflicts guide to see if you can replicate the issue?

Keep me posted and have a great evening. Cheers 🙂

    Hey David,

I attempted to import the first .ics file you shared with me and was able to successfully retrieve the list of events and import the 3 I selected successfully (see screenshots below).

Let me know how the testing for conflicts goes for you seeing I’m unable to reproduce the issue. Thanks and take care. Cheers!

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
