    Thanks David!

With all of these plugins activated, can you head to Events → Settings → Licenses in your wp-admin, and take a full-page screenshot of that license keys page there? Then post a link to that screenshot here. You can do so by uploading the screenshots to this thread. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.

    Thank you!

It may be, Thomas—I don’t see any specific notes about this from our developers but will investigate further.

In your testing, do you have WP_DEBUG activated? If not, turn WP_DEBUG on your XAMPP site and try activating The Events Calendar if any errors get printed onto the page, please copy and paste the full text of those error messages in your reply here.

    Thanks!

    Hey Alex,

    Thanks for reaching out!

The only renewal I see in your account is a recent renewal of your Personal License for Community Events—not for Events Calendar Pro.

So to renew your Events Calendar Pro license, you would need to manually renew that license. If you want me to refund the Community Events renewal, so that you can let Community Events expire because you only wanted to renew Events Calendar Pro, let me know!

Thanks for confirming, David! I’m a bit stumped because I cannot recreate this issue.

Can you head to Events → Settings → Licenses in your wp-admin, and take a full-page screenshot of that license keys page there? Then post a link to that screenshot here. You can do so by uploading the screenshots to this thread. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.

If the field for Event Aggregator is truly empty, I would recommend clicking “Save Changes” on this license keys page again to see if that helps “save” the empty Event Aggregator. If this doesn’t help, I would recommend deactivating The Events Calendar and then re-activating it.

    Thanks for your patience here!

    Cheers,
    George

Thanks Tim—this does not sound like the specific Windows Server-based fatal errors that this thread is focused on, so can you please open a new thread on these forums about your specific issues?

In it, please include your full, un-edited system information. I emphasize “full” and “un-edited” here because in your post above on this thread, only a portion of your site’s system information was posted—much of it is cut off and not posted here.

So in your new thread, please post the complete information.

    Thank you!

    Hey Johan,

    Thanks for this information.

It sounds like there is not a bug here. You mention how some events have this problem, but some don’t:

    1. Can you please make sure you’re using “pretty permalinks”? Something like /%postname%/ would be fine—but no need to use “default permalinks”.

    2. Can you provide specific URLs to some events on your site that do have the /all/ URL, and then provide URLs to events that don’t have the /all/ URL?

    Thank you!

Thanks for your patience and persistence here, @atmedia—I’m really sorry for the continued trouble!

I’ve been testing EDD tickets thoroughly on my local site and am not able to recreate any issues, let alone the sort of error message you describe. I am able to create and buy paid tickets and RSVPs without issue, with or without “Attendee Information” fields on them.

To help us move forward, can you do the following steps?

    1. Deactivate all plugins on your site except for only The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, and Easy Digital Downloads.

    2. Activate a default theme like Twenty Twelve or Twenty Seventeen.

    3. Create a new test event, with test tickets of the same sort that you have the errors with.

    4. View this test event and its tickets on the front end of your site, and see if you have the same errors.

If issues persist with your site in this state, would you be able to leave your site in this state and share a link to that test event? I will take a look at it firsthand and see if I can identify anything about it. (I know that leaving your site in this state when it’s publicly accessible is not ideal, so if you can’t do it, no worries—if you can, I can assure you I’ll work as quickly as possible to take a look so as to minimize the amount of time your site’s in that state.)

    Thanks!

    Thanks for reaching out Lars!

When it comes to seating charts, I totally understand how this could be useful for your trash-compacting business. Our plugins unfortunately don’t provide any such functionality. 🙁

10 acres is a big space for theater activities, though—the size of this implies you’ve got a pretty big operation going on there, Lars. With this in mind, you may find it a worthy investment to hire a customizer to custom-code a solution for you. We have a list of great developers here → http://m.tri.be/18k1 (and have no affiliation with any of these folks—they’re simply some well-respected names in the community that we’ve compiled to share in situations like this one).

Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.

    Cheers,
    George

    Hey Rob,

Did you test with just activating a default theme like Twenty Twelve or Twenty Seventeen? With WooCommerce active and such—if so, what did you find?

    Thanks!

Thanks so much for this information, Jennifer—and for your patience and persistence here.

Two important facts here are as follows: First, I am not able to recreate your problems no matter what I try on my own testing site. Next, we have no other reports of this issue from other customers.

In other words, it seems like there’s something unique to your site that is problematic here. With this in mind, I would recommend the following two steps:

    1. Contact GoDaddy’s Hosting Support

You mention hosting your site with GoDaddy, and so I would recommend contacting their customer support to see if they can identify anything on their end that might explain these issues. They may also be able to shed some light on that “System Plugin” I mentioned and which you said you weren’t familiar with.

    2. Test for Conflicts

If you can reliably recreate the issues you face with the submission form—or, if you can’t, at least have someone else on hand who can reliably reproduce those issues—I would encourage you or them do the complete set of troubleshooting steps on this page → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ After EACH STEP in that process, check back on your issues and try to recreate them—see if anything improves along the way.

☝️ The most important part of these troubleshooting steps here is the theme test—see if you can reliably encounter the same issues when a default theme like Twenty Twelve or Twenty Seventeen is activated on your site.

Thanks so much for your patience here, Jennifer! I’m sorry for the trouble but am determined to keep working on this to figure out what’s happening.

    Sincerely,
    George

Thanks a ton for this information, @Math — I really appreciate your patience here and am in dialogue with other members on our support and development teams to help me investigate this.

In the meantime, I’m curious if you can do one last set of steps that might be very helpful here:

    1. Activate the “Cash on Delivery” payment gateway within WooCommerce — this is just temporary, so don’t worry if you don’t really want to use this gateway!

    2. Go to an event with tickets and “buy” a ticket yourself. Choose to pay for it with the “Cash on Delivery” payment gateway.

    3. View the WooCommerce order for that ticket purchase in your wp-admin, and manually mark it “Complete”.

    4. Once you do all of this, check to see if the ticket quantity for this specific event is updated at all.

☝️ What do you find when you do these steps?

Thanks so much for your patience and persistence here! 😀

    Sincerely,
    George
