Hi there,

After updating to the latest version of your beautiful plugin the following occurs.
On some recurring events the permalink changes in to /all. I can only solve this by turning the permalink structure to default which of course is not desirable for my google ranking.

Please advice.

This should happen with the first event in a recurring-event series—do you mean to say, though, that this happens with other events in the series that are not the first event?

If so, can you share a screenshot of the “Time and Date” section of the edit screen for an event on which these problems occur? To clarify, this “Time and Date” section is where the recurrence rules are configured. So if you can find a recurring event that has these issues, share a screenshot of the complete “Time and Date” section to show its complete configuration. Hi George,

I have checked the issue and it’s indeed the first event in a recurring event series. However, it does not happen at all first events in a recurring-event serie.

For example it happens in Dorpentocht and mini 11 steden cruises but not in Sneektocht.

What do you mean by This should happen with the first event in a recurring-event series..

Thanks for this information.

It sounds like there is not a bug here. You mention how some events have this problem, but some don’t:

1. Can you please make sure you’re using “pretty permalinks”? Something like /%postname%/ would be fine—but no need to use “default permalinks”.

2. Can you provide specific URLs to some events on your site that do have the /all/ URL, and then provide URLs to events that don’t have the /all/ URL?

I noticed the following.
If I change the date of the recurring event (Dorpentocht in this case) from August 1 to August 2 everything works fine…
