ParticipantI have an RSVP-style ticket for an event and the quantity picker shows “NaN” when I click the “+” sign. When I type in a number manually, the ticketing process works as expected.
Take a look at the link in the private information.

ParticipantTwo additions: I’ve now done the disable plugins test with the same results. And I remembered that the quantity picker seemed to work correctly in the previous version.

ParticipantHey Rob,
Thanks for reaching out. I took a look at the link you provided and wasn’t able to identify a specific cause of this issue yet. You mention having tested with all other plugins disabled—any chance you could try testing your theme, as well?
Activate a default theme like Twenty Twelve or Twenty Seventeen—then check out that event and see if the same issues persist with the quantity picker.
Let us know what you find!

ParticipantOK, I’ve done some more digging. When I did the plugin tests, I left Woo Commerce on because I thought it was required for some of the ticketing stuff to work. After you message, I figured, I’d take it a step further and can confirm with Woo Commerce OFF, the RSVP ticket works correctly, and with it ON, I get the odd behavior. Thoughts?

ParticipantHey Rob,
Did you test with just activating a default theme like Twenty Twelve or Twenty Seventeen? With WooCommerce active and such—if so, what did you find?
Thanks!

ParticipantOK. Changing out the theme seemed to change the equation. I’ve now posted this on the Enfold forum. I will keep you posted. I’ve seen a number of Enfold sites that use Events Calendar/Tickets. I’m hoping, that if necessary, you guys will coordinate? Thanks, Rob.

ParticipantHey Rob, thanks for doing that testing and for following up with the Enfold folks. We’re always happy to collaborate and we do our best to accommodate as many themes as possible. If this issue arises from an aspect of the Enfold theme that deviates from WordPress Coding Standards, then the onus may mostly be on the Enfold theme to improve compliance there—but even so, yes, we’re happy to work with any theme within reason. Keep us posted!
Cheers,
