ParticipantOops—hey Craig, I just noticed that your system information is actually for https://reti.us, not omcar.com.
https://reti.us is not a licensed site. Please note that you have a Business License. This only allows for premium support services on three domain names.
Here are the domains on which your license is currently active:
www.ralsc.org
rairc.yournewsites.com
omcar1.staging.yournewsites.com
Let’s just consider that omcar staging site and omcar.com one in the same, and the rairc staging site the same as rairc.com.
So this leaves us with three sites that are licensed:
• omcar.com
• rairc.com
• ralsc.orghttps://reti.us is not one of these sites, and simply swapping in a license temporarily just for support is not something we can allow.
Can you explain what’s going on here? We will not be able to proceed without clarification on these points and what sites you are seeking help with.

ParticipantHi Craig,
Our response times are one reply every 24 hours. I am trying to tend to your thread with urgency but we currently have a very high support volume.
Thank you for your patience thus far.
The first thing that stands out to me and is thus worth fixing is that omcar.com is using out-of-date calendar plugins. Here are the two versions currently running on the site:
The Events Calendar PRO version 4.0.3
The Events Calendar version 4.1.4Please update these both to version 4.2: first The Events Calendar, then Events Calendar Pro.
If you do not have update notices because of the license issues, then you can perform the updates manually. This knowledgebase article may help with that process if needed ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
After you update to 4.2, what issues remain on omcar.com?
Thank you,
GeorgeJune 14, 2016 at 1:02 pm in reply to: Internal Server Error when checking out using Ticket+ #1126948George
ParticipantNo worries Freddy—that sounds good and I appreciate the update. I’ll leave this thread open; come back and post whenever you’re able!
Cheers,

ParticipantHey Richard,
Thank you for the information. All I meant in my mentioning of ticket qualities is, essentially, that the fields never show up.
Your screenshot confirms that you have these fields show up, so if they never show up, then this suggests a theme or plugin code conflict.
1. First, please update your site’s version of WordPress to the most recent version. You’re currently running WordPress 4.4.3; the most recent version is 4.5.2.
2. If updating WordPress does not change the behavior of the issue, then can you put your site back in this state temporarily, and then let me know when the site is in this site? This is the specific state:
• Running The Events Calendar, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus — no other plugins at the moment
• Running the default WordPress Twenty Sixteen theme☝️ Once your site is in this state, please let me know—I will take another look at that same event with my debugging tools open and see if I can spot the issue.
Thank you for your patience here!

ParticipantThank you for confirming. I don’t spot anything “wrong” with your site per se, but since we’ve found different behaviors with the same feature, there could be some deeper code conflict going on.
If it doesn’t seem to cause any problems, then no worries; however, if you want to explore such possibilities of a conflict, then feel free to do the steps outlined in this article; then check on the check-box issue after EACH STEP in the process, and see if the behavior changes at all any where along the way. :point_right: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
That is optional, though—just wanted to throw this out there.
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantNo problem! 😀

ParticipantHey Eren,
Thanks for your follow-up. At this time there is not a direct path for upgrading from Personal (or any other license) to Multisite; you would have to reach out over email or in the forums and report that you want to upgrade. We can then provide a discount code that subtracts the difference in cost.
So, a Multisite License by default is $349. If you reach out when you’re ready to do this, then, we’d provide a discount code so that you can buy it for $260, as you mentioned above—$349 of the Multisite license minus the $89 of the Personal one.
I hope this helps!

ParticipantHey Paulus,
I see this thread is now marked “resolved”—did you do that intentionally? Do you consider this thread “resolved”?

Participant☝️ Thanks for the kind words, Pau. I’ll close up this thread for now; but don’t hesitate to open a new thread any time if other issues/questions/comments/concerns arise.

ParticipantSorry to hear this, @Diane!
I cannot recreate this problem on my own site, so to help investigate this, can you post your site’s “System Information” to this thread? Here’s how to do that ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantThank you for sharing that solution, @Tamara!
Definitely an option to look into.

ParticipantHey Paul,
Our plugins unfortunately do not provide any sort of state-specific filtering like this at this time. You can search by state in the Map and other Views to some degree, but there is not a singular URL for a state you can go to, or anything along those lines. 🙁
Sorry to disappoint!

ParticipantHey @Paul,
Thanks for reaching out!
Our plugins do not provide any sort of functionality aimed at letting folks to share photos. You could use other plugins, or the built-in WordPress comment system or something, but our plugins themselves do not provide anything in this vein.
Sorry to disappoint!
