Theme conflict

Hi,

I use a theme who is in conflict with the plugin. Can you help me to understand which is the problem and if I can resolved it ?

This is a demo and blank version with just the theme dans the plugin are installed.

How did you determine there was a theme conflict?

If you do nothing else on your site except activate a default theme like Twenty Twelve or Twenty Sixteen, do the issues go away?

Yes if I active an other theme like Twenty Twelve or Twenty Sixteen, the problem is reseolved.

There isn’t error message so I don’t know where to look.

To resolve the theme conflict, your best course of action here is to contact the theme developer’s support and report this problem. They can hopefully help determine why their theme breaks things in this regard, and offer a solution.

I have contacted the theme support before you but he says that the theme wasn’t garantee with all extensions because they can test all!
