ParticipantGlad to hear it, @Malcolm—thank you for updating this thread. If other issues arise, open a new thread any time!
George
ParticipantThanks for reaching out, @Tamara!
Unfortunately the Events Calendar Pro mini calendar widget does not provide either function you list here. It shows the current month, not a specific one; and changing the size or other aesthetic features of the widget would require writing custom CSS on your site.
Sorry to disappoint! Let me know what you think about this information and if there’s anything else I can try to help with.
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Rob,
Thanks for reaching out.
The license DO NOT affect plugin functionality in any way. So even if you never enter your license key, things will work fine! 😀
When a license expires, you just stop receiving updates and support. But the existing code will continue to work.
Renewals are at a 30% discount from the original price; so an $89 license is only $62 to renew for another year, and so on.
I hope this information helps!

ParticipantI’m glad this is resolved, Eren!
Did you upgrade successfully?

June 13, 2016 at 8:02 pm in reply to: Find $post_id to add post_excerpt on Tickets email (email.php) #1126518George
ParticipantHey @Sean,
Thanks for elaborating a bit. I am not trying to be facetious here, just trying to isolate the source of this extra ticket information as you currently have it architected, so that I can write a working snippet:
• Do you have excerpts enabled and populate on the tickets post type itself?
• Or, are you using a custom meta field or something on tickets?Just trying to figure out the exact meaning when you say, “thought the post_excerpt would be the most straightforward way to go about it.” Are you using the post_excerpt on the parent event that the ticket belongs to? Or have you added excerpt capabilities to tickets themselves, and so are looking for the post_excerpt on the Ticket object itself?
If you are doing the latter, then can you post the code you used to add excerpts to Tickets? You can do this by posting the full, un-edited code to Gists on http://gist.github.com, then share links to those gists here.
Thank you for patience here; not trying to jerk your train, just trying to clarify the way things are working/expected to work.
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantSorry to hear this, @eclair!
Does this change at all based on what venue what you try? What if you create a new venue, and make its address as follows:
700 Massachusetts Avenue
Boston, Massachusetts
02215
United States
☝️ This is just a random address that I can confirm works for me. What do you find if you use this?

ParticipantHey Brian,
Thanks for clarifying this. We unfortunately do not have the labels on the list view at this time—these sorts of labels only show up on the individual events in the ticketing area.
If you can sit tight, I will put together a snippet to try to add such labels to the list view. We cannot normally do this, but since this was promised to arrive in 4.2 but didn’t I will put together a snippet. It’s a bit complex (at least, just to make sure it works in various cases), so sit tight—just wanted to update you here!
Stay tuned.

ParticipantHey John,
Thanks for testing that! If things work fine just by switching themes, then your current custom theme (i.e., the one that is not Twenty Sixteen) is the source of the conflict.
There could be a number of factors that make the issue not show up on other sites. For now, let’s just focus on this one with the problems.
One thing I’m curious about is, what do you mean when you say you “added the latest version of jQuery,” specifically? Are you modifying theme code? If so, how? How are you loading jQuery in your own way?
I would recommend NOT loading jQuery on your own, or from within your theme. WordPress will load its own copy of jQuery and that should not cause problems, which seems to be true based on your test with the Twenty Sixteen theme.
Thank you!

ParticipantSorry to see this, John!
If you click the “Screen options” tab in the top-right corner of the admin screen when you go to edit/create an event, does a checkbox labeled “Tags” show up in the drawer that slides down?
For reference, here is a very short (<30 seconds) video I recorded of me finding this “tags” checkbox.
Check this out ? https://cloudup.com/cSimYRjck9G
Do you find the tags checkbox in your own “Screen options”?
Let us know what you find.
Thank you for your patience,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Manzoor,
Sure thing. I have refunded that original order in full.
As for sorting events as you describe, this is possible in a few ways provided by the calendar itself. If you need some other sort of specific way to display events based on these factors, then unfortunately the primary way of doing this is to write custom code snippets using the tribe_get_events() function.
We unfortunately cannot help with writing custom code. (Please see this page to learn more ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/)
But you can learn more about how to use that function by reading this article ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-tribe_get_events/
I hope this information helps!

ParticipantHi @Tom,
If you temporarily remove this filter (at least for organizers), can you confirm if things work correctly?
Thank you!
