ParticipantHey Alexander,
Thanks for reaching out! We unfortunately only provide support in English hereβwe do try to provide multilingual support when available, because our team is multilingual, but we mostly provide it in English.
Using Google Translate, I was able to translate your message as this:
I just did the update 4.3 of the modules the event ticket.
The display problem of the field set ticket fields is always present: it does not appear in the email. With the plugin that you sent me it worked …
the bug is still present?
Below is a screenshot of the email.
This is currently a known bug that we are working hard on fixing β it is listed on our Known Issues page and I will post an update as soon as there is news on the fix.
Sorry for the trouble! π

ParticipantHi Kim,
So, to be clear, for any new tickets you make, there are no issues at all?
Just want to see if this is the case.

ParticipantHey Lauren,
Modifying the width, color, or other sort of appearance traits of things unfortunately requires customization and is outside the scope of our support forums.
Usually it requires CSS to make these sorts of changes. To write custom CSS on your site, definitely check out a [free!] tool like Firebug if you use FireFox, or the Developer Tools for either Safari or Chrome. They have “Inspector” tools that let you zoom right over the element and see what styles you can change to adjust their width, colors, padding, etc.
As a quick example of using CSS to make these sort of customization changes, here is some CSS that would modify the width of the sidebar calendar widget:
.widget.tribe_mini_calendar_widget {
width: 90% !important;
}
I hope this helps! π
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHi there,
Thank you for reaching out. These forums here are our “Pre-sales Questions” forums, so we unfortunately cannot field technical support questions here.
It doesn’t currently appear that you have a premium license with us. If this is wrong, and you do have a premium license with us, then apologies for my misunderstanding!
However, in that case please log into the account on this site that has your premium license, and then post this question in a premium support forum.
If you indeed do not have a premium license, then please post your question in our free support forums here β http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar
We check those forums a bit more than once per week, so hopefully we will be able to get to your question there.
Now, with all of this being said, before I close this thread I should mention that unfortunately what you ask is NOT possible at this time. π It could only be done by doing extensive custom coding. Sorry to bear this news!
Thank you,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantGreat tip, Leah! If these queries help with clearing out all the extra comments and postmeta from your database, Christoph, let us know. If you are not familiar with running these queries yourself, your webhost may be able to run these for you if you request so from their support team.
Cheers!

ParticipantHey Raya,
Sure thing, thanks for this information. Our standard reply times are one reply every 24β48 hours, as described on our support policy page here β https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/
However, as you can tell by my own reply here, we certainly to do much faster than that π
As for your issues, from your screenshot I can tell that you are trying to post the Filter Bar license key in the Event Aggregator license key field. Do you see this, too? The field you’re trying to use currently is under “Event Aggregator”, not Filter Bar.
To fix this, first make sure that you install and activate Filter Bar on your site. You can access files for it any time here β http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads
Once installed and activated, head to Events β Settings β Licenses in your site’s wp-admin, and you should see a field for the Filter Bar license key.
Try adding the key there and let me know what you find!

ParticipantPlease do, Jordan! π
I will close this thread for now, but if you have any questions about that new plugin along the way, or any issues, please open a new thread any time.

ParticipantHi Kim,
Thanks for this information.
Since I cannot recreate your problems, here is what I recommend doing:
1. First, make a backup of ALL custom code on your site: the functions.php file, your other template customizations, anything else, etc. Make a backup of it all.
2. Then, remove ALL custom coding from your site.
3. With your site in the state where NO CUSTOM CODING AT ALL is active on your site, how do things behave? Test for the attendee info being displayed β make test events and test tickets to test things, if need be. How do things behave?
4. If issues persist even in this state, then leave all custom code off of your site, and then proceed with the complete troubleshooting steps outlined here β https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
5. After EACH STEP in that testing process shared in #4, test for the attendee info being displayed β make test events and test tickets to test things, if need be. How do things behave?
βοΈ This testing process is thorough and should reveal for good if there is a code conflict happening here.
Let us know what you find!

ParticipantHey Alex,
A mixed content error would indeed mean what you describe, where some resources are coming over https and others over http β this will cause the problems you face.
As for why this is happening, I cannot recreate these problems on my own site. However, we have heard from one other customer about a similar issue on the front end of their site, so I will bring this issue to our development team and see if they are related.
There may be a bug here; I will keep investigating this and report back with more information as soon as I have it!
Stay tuned,

ParticipantHey Kate,
Thanks for reaching out.
1. Can you clarify which specific email you mean? Share a screenshot of it if possible. (You can do so by uploading the screenshots to this thread. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.)
- For example, do you mean the email they receive upon confirming their RSVP to an event?
- Or do you mean one when they buy tickets?
- Or do you mean the actual ticket email itself, with the QR code and such?
2. Next, can you clarify what zip code you mean? Do you mean the zip code of the venue for the event?
Thanks!
