ParticipantHello there,
I’m having the same issue. We are moving the plugin to the live site and the license key won’t work. I have disconnected the key from beta and deactivated the plugin.
Please help.
Thank you,
RayaOctober 19, 2016 at 9:48 am #1179212George
ParticipantHi Raya,
Sorry for the trouble here!
You say, “Iām having the same issue.” ā can you clarify what you mean and what other instance of these issues you are referring to on our forums or otherwise?
In your account I see one license key for Filter Bar.
1. What do you see when you try activating this license key? Please share a screenshot of when you try entering it in your site’s Events settings. (You can do so by uploading the screenshots to this thread. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.)
2. Next, what do you see when you go to http://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys? Please share a screenshot of what you see on this page.
I will use this information and try to resolve these issues! š
Thank you,

ParticipantHey Raya,
Sure thing, thanks for this information. Our standard reply times are one reply every 24ā48 hours, as described on our support policy page here ā https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/
However, as you can tell by my own reply here, we certainly to do much faster than that š
As for your issues, from your screenshot I can tell that you are trying to post the Filter Bar license key in the Event Aggregator license key field. Do you see this, too? The field you’re trying to use currently is under “Event Aggregator”, not Filter Bar.
To fix this, first make sure that you install and activate Filter Bar on your site. You can access files for it any time here ā http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads
Once installed and activated, head to Events ā Settings ā Licenses in your site’s wp-admin, and you should see a field for the Filter Bar license key.
Try adding the key there and let me know what you find!
ā George
