Hi, I am designing a website for a not for profit client. They want to use event tickets plus for theatre productions. I had them fill out the online not for profit form and submit their 503(c) paperwork nearly 2 weeks ago. However, they haven’t received any information from you regarding a license. Is there a way to find out what the status is on the order?
