    Good evening Hansruedi and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the Map view disappearing on you. That’s not cool at all!
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    I just tested your page and noticed the map gives an error 404.

    Here are the recommended next steps to pinpoint the issue:

    1. Please try the following steps: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/fixing-http-404-errors/
    2. Could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
      Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

    Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.

    Hello again Shelley,

    This must be a very frustrating issue!

    I am not sure if you knew this, but tickets are actually only sent out once the WooCommerce order status is set to “Completed”.

    Could you tell me if that’s the case ?

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Emanuele and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    I’m using the PRO version of the plugin in Italian language. The translation is incomplete so I updated the .PO file.

    You are right, sometimes the translations found in the plugin folder are not 100% up to date, but the good news is that the ones found on GlotPress are. Here’s the link in case you don’t have it: http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects

    As for the time/data format, instead of changing the code in the plugin itself, I would recommend going to Events -> Settings -> Display and changing the time related settings.

    Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Good evening Michael and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to try to help you with this topic.

    When a client buys a ticket, how can we make is say the venue, organizer and QR code on the ticket as it would if tickets were sold under the events calendar?

    Since I am unable to see what the ticket looks like when the purchase process is completed, would you mind sharing a screenshot ? (via DropBox, Google Drive, etc..)

    Also, I am not sure if you were aware of this, but typically, the tickets are only sent out when the order status is marked as “Completed” in the WooCommerce admin interface.

    Finally, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your system information in a private reply ? (following the instructions found in the link)

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Line and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the issues you have been experiencing with your Google Calendar imports.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    You are 100% right, the plugin does remember you imported the events (even after you delete them). This feature is in place to prevent duplicate event imports believe it or not.

    The good news is that you can totally work around that.

    There are a couple of ways to do this. But before you do anything, I highly recommend backing up your Database :

    1. By adding the following snippet to your WordPress theme’s functions.php (and removing it once you are done): https://tribe.slack.com/files/nico/F0PMGPVD0/clear_deleted_events.php
    2. Using a revision deleting plugin. Here’s a list of some of them: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=delete+revision
    3. Manually going in the Database and deleting the rebellious entries

    Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Hey ET,

    Thank you for reaching out to us with this message.

    I am not sure what’s going on, but it is certainly worth investigating!
    Especially provided the sudden spike.

    I stumbled upon a previous thread on a similar topic: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/soft-404-errors-in-google-continued-in-latest-version-2/. I believe the resolution it contains might prove to be useful in your case too.

    I have a couple of questions for you:

    1. Are you still using Event Rocket (the reason I am asking is because there was a feature in it that could be responsible for it) ?
    2. Could you take a look at your Yoast SEO settings and tell me what it is set at for “Custom Post Type Archive” ?

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Lionel and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    There are 2 ways to accomplish what you are trying to do (change the text):

    As for changing the button’s colour, you just need to add a CSS rule to your WordPress theme. Here’s an example to make it black:

    #tribe-bar-form .tribe-bar-submit input[type=submit] {
    background: #000;
    }

    Let me know if that helps.

    Good evening Eric and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    But before I do, I just noticed that you are still using our WooTickets plugin which has transitioned to our Event Tickets Plus plugin.
    So I went ahead and gave you a license for the new version. You can read all about the change here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/

    To answer your earlier question, you are right, there is no built-in way to add a discount available in our plugins.
    The reason for that is because this is far better handled by the e-commerce plugin itself (in your case WooCommerce) and gives you way more flexibility (for instance if you sell merchandise).

    In any case, this is typically accomplished through the use of a plugin (paid or premium). Here are a couple of them to get you started:

    Good evening Laila and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the transparency issue (although it looks kind of cool).
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    The easiest way to fix this is by adding the following CSS rule to your WordPress theme:

    #tribe-events-pg-template {
    margin: 0 auto;
    max-width: 1000px;
    background-color: #fff;
    }

    Let me know how that goes.

    Good evening Keith and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about your struggles with importing events from a Facebook group.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but at this point, there is no built-in way to automatically import events from Facebook Groups, only on Facebook pages.

    We do however support FB event imports by event ID (found under Events -> Import -> Facebook).

    The good news is that the feature to automatically import from Facebook groups IS on our roadmap.
    In fact, you can vote for it here: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/8942296-automatic-import-from-facebook-groups

    I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

    Have a great day!

    Geoff B.
