Thank you for providing the extra information, for answering my questions and for inviting us to login to the backend of your website. Unfortunately, our policy does not allow us to log in to clients websites for several reasons, including liability.
That being said, I have a couple of questions for you:
- When you upgraded your plugin to Event Tickets Plus, did you use the following procedure: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-tickets-plus/ ?
- Is your PayPal account actually tied to [email protected] ?
- Could you send me a link to a copy your PayPal debug logs (in a private reply) – you can see the location of that file in your WooCommerce Paypal settings page ?
- Would you mind setting up a brand new test event with a ticket and making a purchase ?

We are sorry about the slight delay in answering, today has been pretty busy following the release of a new version.
I would love to help you with this topic.Hmmm, this is tricky and might require a few trials to get just right.
As a last attempt at your previous suggestion, you could:
- Go to the Settings page of your website and replace the UTC 0 value by one of a city that is at UTC 0 (Greenwich for example) from the dropdown list
- Go to Events -> Settings -> General and change the setting to use local time for events
But more likely, after a backup, you might have to delete all the events you imported in order to reimport them with the correct timezone one.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

I would love to answer your questions:
– Does your calendar have the functionality to include “set up and tear down” times that can be added to the front and back end of an event (but doesn’t show that publicly but just behind the scenes?) (to prevent doublebooking meetings/events??)
You have complete control of the visibility of an event (just like any WordPress page or post), they can be public, private and even based on user roles.
That way you could have a combination of public and limited access events which would prevent double-booking.
– Does you calendar have the capability of checking to make sure locations/meeting rooms/resources (or venues) are not being double-booked? Does it show conflicts as you set up meetings?
Out of the box, unfortunately, our calendar is not a ressource/venue booking tool. It is more event focused.
But, we do handle stock count for event tickets (which could be used creatively as ressources or venues).
The other thing that you could do is to modify the plugin to your liking using our Themer’s guide or by hiring one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
-Can you add as many resources to the calendar as you want?
You can add as many venues and as many events has you want, but unfortunately, not ressources per se.
-Are you limited in any way the number of resources you can attach to an event? For example, for a wedding booking, we need to book the Church, Bride’s Room, Meeting Rm 1 & 2 for the timeframe specified. So in essence, can I add all of those resources to that one booking? And if so, if I try to book another event for within the same

We do not offer a free version but since you are fully entitled to a refund within 30 days of your purchase, you could absolutely try it out for a month.

As you can probably guess by looking at the Icon Night Club website, they are actually not using the Events Calendar.
But, to answer your question, you could totally emulate how the calendar looks by using our Themer’s guide or by hiring one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
In other words, there is no built-in way to achieve this out of the box, but we do encourage our wonderful customers to tweak the calendar so that it looks exactly like they want it to.

You are 100% right, I was able to reproduce the issue and I have opened a bug ticket for it.

I agree with you, this must be frustrating and I’m sure you would have better uses for your time.
So hang in there while we get to the bottom of this.Hopefully, once we solve this new issue, you will be good to go with imports from now on.
I took a look at the Marquee files and the layout is also broken, but this time by a different character, the use of a space (which by default is also perceived as a delemiter). Once again, you can fix this by using quotation marks.

Sorry for the confusion. This was not my intention.
Updating the .pot file from sources might require you to go to Catalog -> Properties -> Source Paths first (otherwise, the option might indeed be greyed out).
Once there, add a path to include the complete downloaded plugin folder.
