Would you mind heading over to: http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects and grabbing the latest translation files to see if that solves the issue for you ?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.Just to set expectations, as you might know, the scope of our support is mostly to get our wonderful customers started on the right track to customize their site and to help them in case of issues. We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.
That being said, my first piece of advice would be to use a conditional with the following function: https://theeventscalendar.com/function/tribe_is_showing_all/
Let me know if that helps to get you started.
Have a great day!

MemberOne other thing, if the event is already fully booked, please send a screenshot link to your RSVP settings for that event.

That being said, my recommendation would be to use a hook filter on the function instead of declaring the full function in your functions.php file: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/add_filter/
Also, it would be worth checking if the problem is actually still in place after the update (as we correct bugs all the time).
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic. There are a couple of ways you could go about this, but let’s try the easiest one first 🙂
Can you try going through the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/
Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about the ampersand not being convert to display properly on the mobile monthly view.
You are right, I was able to reproduce that same issue on my end. We apologize for the inconvenience this might be causing.
I have opened a bug ticket for this. Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted as soon as the fix is out!

Thank you for reaching out to us. It’s really appreciated.
I went ahead and relayed your points to our Dev team.
As you might know, it’s near impossible to commit to never changing the hooks (as the plugin evolves).
But, that being said, that hook is a solid choice and one we ourselves use when writing and proposing solutions to problems.
If for any reason we were to remove such a pivotal hook we’d certainly blare the trumpets and trigger deprecation warnings etc before doing so but there’s no immediate risk of that.
On a related note, you might be interested in our Advanced Post Manager plugin (documentation found in the plugin’s folder) that adds a few extra filters: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-post-manager/

We are sorry to hear about the error 500 you have been getting on your community page.
I would love to help you with this topic.Could you please:
- Confirm that all of your plugins are still active after the update ?
- Re-save your permalinks (without updating anything) ?
- Take a look at your .htaccess file to see if it contains unwanted characters ?

April 1, 2016 at 9:15 am in reply to: Issue with The Events Calendar and WPML Multilingual CMS plugin #1097014Geoff B.
MemberGood evening Milan and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the WPML issues you are experiencing.
I would love to help you with this topic since I’m a big WPML fan myself. To begin, I have a couple of questions for you:
- Can you confirm you used the following guide to set up WPML to work with our product ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-the-events-calendar-with-wpml/
- When you create events, are you using the following way to translate them ?: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-translations-for-events-using-wpml/
Secondly, could you try changing your WPML URL setting to the ?lang=ru format ?
The reason I am bringing this up is that we currently do not support the format you have in place (/ru) unfortunately.Have a good week-end,
Geoff B.

MemberGood afternoon Kristi,
Thank you for answering my questions and for trying the testing procedure.
Hang in there, we will get to the bottom of these issues!
At this point, my best recommendation would be to upgrade all of your Events related plugins to the latest versions. I have a hunch this has a good chance of putting an end to your specific issue.
Also, could you tell me, if there is a folder named /tribe-events/ in you WordPress theme ?
Have a good week-end,

MemberHey Brian,
This is a super odd issue, but I am very interested in figuring out what’s going on.
Here’s what I’m seeing: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hzzwuahz0bashcz/Decorate_and_Celebrate___Wedding_Professionals_Association_of_Central_Oregon.jpg?dl=0
So basically, I’m seeing the correct image (which I guess is good news!).
Would you mind telling me what browser and which version you are using to verify your changes ?Have a good week-end,
Geoff B.
