MemberGood afternoon Saffron,
Thank you for trying to revert back to twenty-fifteen. I’m sorry this did not work out.
In that case, as a next step, could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is, since I am not able to reproduce this specific issue on my end.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Saffron and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the wrong link displaying at the bottom of your event pages.
I would love to help you with this topic.I am assuming the link should go to the next or previous event?
Yes, you are absolutely right, the link’s normal behaviour is to go to the next event.
It looks like there might some theme conflict /setting or template customization at play here.
As a quick solution until we figure things out, you could hide the links if you want with the following CSS code
.single-tribe_events #tribe-events-footer {display:none}Secondly, I would recommend looking if there is a /tribe-events/ folder in your WordPress theme’s directory ?
Finally, could you temporarily revert back to a default theme such as twenty-fifteen and see if the problem persists ?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the CSV importer issue you have been experiencing.
I would love to help you with this topic.the importer is applying the incorrect Venue and Organizer to the events I am importing.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, could you tell me if you are following the recommended approach of using 3 separate files with specific formats as presented here ? :
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
Finally, could you share with me a link to download the .csv file you are using for testing purposes ?
Best regards,

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. How can I change the position of booking form?
I would start by taking a look at the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-the-ticket-form/
As you can see this will place the booking form on 1 location only.
However, you could probably tweak it to do exactly what you are looking for.
Just to set expectations, as you might know, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues. We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide as a starting point.
As an alternative you could hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. The photos I added to my events do not appear in the list view as shown in the example on your web site (under core Events Calendar), It does appear on the individual event page. Is this a settings issue, or is the Pro version required?
Normally, the photos should also appear under the list view with the core Events Calendar plugin.
You do not need to have the Pro version for that purpose. But, you need to make sure to select a photo in the Featured image metabox of your event page. This will determine which picture displays in the list view specifically.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We are sorry to hear about the email notifications not getting to you.

There is also a typo in the phrase that appears after a successful submission. I would like to change that.
You could change that by editing your theme’s language files (.po and .mo files).
However, most of our users prefer pasting the following to the functions.php file of their WordPress theme: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/

We’ll be glad to answer your question. My first recommendation would be to watch the video on this page: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar/
To add a link to the event website, you have the choice of:
- Adding it within the event content description box
- Adding it in the Location (venue) section
- Adding it in the Event Website section
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Mark and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us, for sharing your system information and for bringing this to our attention.
Kudos on finding the solution to the checkbox issue on your own and for sharing it for everybody’s benefit.
Out of curiosity, would you mind telling me:
- If there are any template customizations on your WordPress theme ? ( typically a /tribe-events/ folder in your theme directory)
- If you upgraded to pro from the Events Calendar free version 4.1.2 ?

MemberGood evening Jürgen,
Thank you for clarifying things and for sending the correct link to the second part of the code.
That helps.I have some pretty good news for you.
You can move the ticket form exactly where you want by following the instructions found here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-the-ticket-form/Basically, you will just need to uncomment the line that places the form where you want.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberHey Ameet,
Thank you for your excellent feedback as always.
Based on your suggestions I ran an additional series of tests and I was able to reproduce the issue while logged in as an organizer.
I also did some extra research about this bug and it does look like it was fully solved 3 months ago. So in short, this is a regression bug, which was completely unintentional on our end.
I want to apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But I can tell you it should make one of the next maintenance releases and that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is out.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Habib,
Thank you for sharing your system information.
I cannot see your community add page (I believe it requires a login to work correctly).
But, based on your system information, I would recommend one of the following CSS changes:
#ui-datepicker-div {z-index:9999 !important}OR
.ui-datepicker-group-last {display:none !important}Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberHey Todd,
I’m glad to see that this worked for you!
As for your second request, I would recommend trying the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/
Let me know how that goes.
