Community Addon – Email Notifications are NOT working

Hi,

I am using the Eventica theme and I have followed all the testing actions as displayed in this post here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/submitted-event-notification-alerts-not-working/

and I still cannot get my notifications to come through.

There is also a typo in the phrase that appears after a successful submission. I would like to change that.

Do you think this is the theme itself or the Community plugin?

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

There is also a typo in the phrase that appears after a successful submission. I would like to change that.

You could change that by editing your theme’s language files (.po and .mo files).

However, most of our users prefer pasting the following to the functions.php file of their WordPress theme: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/

Which also means juste before
