MemberGood evening Greg,
Long time no talk!
Just a couple of quick heads up about this one.
First off, we have a renewed partnership with WPML which means you should see increased compatibility in the next little while.Specifically, I wanted to make you aware of one pretty cool change in WPML that might help to achieve what you were looking for (not having to translate every single event).
If you head over to WPML > Settings > Post Types Translation and select “Translatable – use translation if available or fallback to default language”, you should be able to display non-translated events in all languages.
This also opens all kinds of interesting doors (including using Event Aggregator combined with the Events Calendar and WPML).
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Gregor,
I apologize for the delay answering.
I ended up running very thorough tests on my install to try to get to the bottom of things.Long story short, no matter how much I tried, I could not get the actual filter values to translate, only the filter titles.
On the plus side, we are currently working with the folks from the WPML team so there is a fair chance that this will become available in the not too distant future.
I truly wish I could have made this work.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Paul,
Thank you for the kind words.
The Event that is submitted by a Organizer using the event submission form, does not have the Attendee Information attached to it. And I (as the admin) have to manually do that. Is there any solution?
You are correct, currently adding ticket fieldsets via Community Tickets is not possible.
That said, it would be a pretty awesome feature to have.
There are basically two ways to tackle this:
- Add a customization via using our Themer’s guide as a starting point or if coding is not really your cup of tea, you could always hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
- Vote that very feature here: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/18530896-allow-users-to-request-attendee-information-usingAs you can tell, that feature request is in dire need of traction. Simply put, the more votes on a feature, the higher priority it gets

MemberGood afternoon Anders,
That is a great question.
The simplest way to tackle this would be to include that info in the ticket title (or description). That said, by default, tickets are not shown in a drop-down form, but rather as a list of rows.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Cheryl,
Thank you for writing back.
Events this week: Yes this works on PC but on mobile and tablet it shows the week and all events after that date.
That is correct. This is the default behavior (redirect to list view) to make sure the calendar still looks good on mobile (in reduced space) for views that would otherwise look very cramped.
That behavior is control by the default mobile view setting located under Events -> Settings -> Display. I just adjusted this to day view.
That said, you can tweak the mobile version of the view or simply remove the mobile breakpoints: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/#responsive
Events today: On the PC for 10/07/18 there are no dates showing which is correct but on mobile and tablet it shows all events after that date.
This is also the default behavior and can also be customized to some extent.
Play around with the settings to see what you like.Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberDear Paul,
I am super stoked that you like the extension page.
The Organizer can add more Organizers each time. And if I enable the “Users cannot create new Organizers” option in the settings then the Organizer can not select himself from the drop down (in fact there is no drop down at all) and he has to put in his information again. This will create duplicate records. :/
I don’t mean to be facetious about this, but the obvious solution would be not to enable this option.
In other words, simply activating the plugin without enabling that option should provide you with the desired result.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Paul,
I am totally with you on this one.
Every time we release an extension, it makes several of our customers super happy. If you have not already done so, I would recommend you check the extensions page out: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/
As for your second idea, I wonder if the following extension would do the trick: https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/hide-others-organizers-and-venues-in-community-events/
Have a good weekend,

MemberHey there Paul,
As it turns out, the team really sees value in this. It would help in a handful of situations.
Additionally, it is not that big of a lift 🙂As you can imagine, the challenge is prioritizing between so many different awesome ideas.
By the looks of it, this will be released as an extension and you will be contacted as soon as it is available.
Thank you for helping us improve what we have to offer!

MemberGood evening Paul.
I see your point and you are absolutely right.
That specific snippet does not return a copy of the attendee information itself. To accomplish this we would need a hybrid of several of our snippets and extensions.
Since that currently does not exist and I can see how this would be very useful, I will place a request to the extension/snippet team.
Just to set expectations, this might take a while depending on the team’s current workload.
In the meantime, hopefully, the link contained in the snippet can buy you some time.
Hang in there!
