MemberHey Brian,
The final sync to Glotpress is on the way.
Hang in there and do not hesitate to grab the translated files directly from Glotpress as a workaround.
I will mark this as “Pending fix” as per your request.

MemberGood evening Brian,
Thank you for the timely follow-up as always.
I will mark this as “Pending fix” as per your request.
Although you might not be able to see tangible results at this point, we did improve several things related to our translation files over the last few weeks.
For one thing, all translation files are error free and contain all strings for all languages (as packaged with our plugin). The missing task is to work on how we sync to the Glotpress repo for all languages.
Once that is done, we will be all set moving forwards.
In the meantime, you can use the fully translated German language files here: http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects

MemberGood evening Donna and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We want to apologize for the inconvenience this bug has created for you.
We are working on a bugfix for that.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released.
In the meantime, there is a workaround available.
- Unless your theme supports shortcodes in the text widgets, download and install the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortcode-widget/
- Use a shortcode widget and enter the appropriate shortcode with the desired filters: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
Thank you for your understanding.
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with these topics.I am trying to change the background color on the events main page as single event page from the default grey to white. what is the CSS that needs to be targeted for this.
The first thing I would recommend is to experiment with the first 2 settings found in Events -> Settings -> Display. This can go a long way into providing a more readable single event page.
Secondly, if you have not tried yet, you can play around with our customizer in Appearance > Customize. Look for the Events Calendar section.
If none of that meets your needs, you could try the following CSS rule
.single-tribe_events .content .container {
background-color: #fff;
}Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Darlene and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the struggles you have experienced with the license key.
I would love to help you with this topic. You are right, normally this message should not be there.
However, I am noticing that your license is currently tied up to http://www.uraaft.org, but your system information comes from http://www.ura-aft.org/ .
I am not exactly sure how you are set up with your domain names, but technically http://www.uraaft.org and http://www.ura-aft.org/ are considered as 2 distinct domain names.
This leaves you with a couple of options:
- Moving your license key around: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
- Upgrading to a pro license which will give you a total of 3 licenses to use (and costs less than the price of 2 personal licenses)
- Try to see if you could not redirect your domain names differently so that the license can be on only 1 site.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the struggles you have experienced with your license keys.
I would love to help you with this topic.I would recommend reading the following: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
Basically, you can simply temporarily remove your existing license key from both your site and your account and re-enter it. That should fix things.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Jamie and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.Yes, you are correct. This was a known bug a while back.
It has since been solved. My best recommendation would be to attempt at least an upgrade to the following version of Event Tickets Plus (making sure that your versions of Event Tickets and the Events Calendar “match” as closely as possible.
But, after a good backup, I would totally recommend the latest version Event Tickets Plus which is better than ever.
In case you need to downgrade at any point during that process, here is a good link : https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Rafael and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. The example you have provided looks like a customized version of our Photo view wrapped in a slider plugin.
To achieve this you will need:
- A copy of the Events Calendar Pro
- The Photo view activated
- To do a bit of template customization on each item in the photo view to match that look. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
- To find a way to have arrow based navigation (like a slider) instead of using the default “Next events / Previous events” links.
This is likely to require a bit of experimenting on your end, but I am pretty sure that it is feasible, especially since you can use our full calendar shortcodes: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Tyler and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.Am I correct in thinking Events Calendar Pro and the Filter Bar plugins would work for this?
You will totally need the Events Calendar Pro to have access to the Photo view (which matches your description). You can have only that view activated should you wish to.
The good news is that each of our view is easily customizable using template overrides.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works. We can easily get you started with that if you want.
As for the filter bar, that is up to you.
If you are only looking to filter by category, you could simply add the customization to the photo view and hardcode your categories. This is because, the Events Calendar Pro makes it easy to filter by category based on the URL.
If on the other hand, you are looking for more advanced filtering (cost, day, organizer, tag, venue, etc..), then Filterbar is clearly the way to go.
As per the booking part, depending if you want to be able to sell tickets through WooCommerce or not, you might also need Event Tickets Plus.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Ken,
Thank you for writing back and for the printscreen.
This allowed me to realize that you were referring to the Paypal receipt and not emails sent out by WooCommerce.Customization of Paypal’s receipt requires Paypal Pro if I am not mistaking OR the use of a third-party service such as https://www.webmerge.me/blog/send-customized-payment-receipts-from-paypal
Furthermore, the product details would actually have to be specified by WooCommerce’s interaction with Paypal, not by our plugin. This is caused by the fact that we literally hand over all the transactional aspect to WooCommerce.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
