    Hi

    I’m trying to auto-complete orders using this snippet (the option in the settings doesn’t work)

    It works, but the ticket email is empty.

    If I use the Edit Order interface to send another email all is ok, it’s empty only if the order is completed programmatically.

    I’m using Version 4.1.3; I know it’s a bit old but it was working well.

    I’ve checked the changelogs but I wasn’t able to find it. Is it a known bug?

    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Yes, you are correct. This was a known bug a while back.
    It has since been solved.

    My best recommendation would be to attempt at least an upgrade to the following version of Event Tickets Plus (making sure that your versions of  Event Tickets and the Events Calendar “match” as closely as possible.

    But, after a good backup, I would totally recommend the latest version Event Tickets Plus which is better than ever.
